CROSSING AN ABOMINABLE LINE

Ares began to contemplate if he had made the wrong decision by asking Angel to join him at the vip section.

He didn't understand this game that was being played, but he knew he was losing badly.

"Losing to Hazel?" He scoffed in his heart. "Not even a rival Lord?"

He suddenly felt the need to be petty again.

Slowly, he took his gaze off Angel, and brought it to Xander.

Angel walked up to the princess, and they moved to the side to whisper to each other.

"So? Do you think it worked?" Angel asked with haste, eager to know what the verdict was.

"Girl, did you see his hand fold into a fist?" The princess almost screamed.

"I saw his eyes. It looked dangerous," Angel shuddered.

"Well that's because he doesn't know if he wants to strangle you for playing in his face, or blow your back out. God I love dangerous men!" The princess declared, a dewy expression in her eyes.
