"What exactly are you about to do?" Xander asked, struggling to keep up with Ares' heavy footsteps.
"Can't a man keep things to himself around here? Why's everyone so nosy?" He walked into his room, and went straight to his safe.
"Oh no," Xander said, on walking into the room.
"What? Did darling do something to you?" Ares asked nonchalantly.
"Nothing, but you're about to use her to do something to someone else, aren't you? Please don't tell me you're going to shoot Hades' daughter just to prove a point to Athena of all people. You know she's just trying to get in your head."
"Why would I shoot, Angel? And it's not completely about Athena. She does have a point though. I've been very lenient. That stops now."
He walked out again, as Xander was about to respond.
"Common man!" Xander sighed, and ran after him.
A smile remained on Ares face, as he took determined steps towards the cells.
