Synopsis:

Agastya, a mechanical engineer and passionate poet, finds his life forever changed after being struck by lightning during a storm. This event awakens in him the ability to perceive and influence a deeper reality. Fascinated by ancient Hindu mythology, Agastya embarks on a spiritual journey to become a "mortal protector," guided by a mysterious mentor named Rishi. 

As Agastya progresses through levels of enlightenment detailed in an ancient book, he gains powers that allow him to alter the destinies of others. However, he soon learns that even well-intentioned interventions can lead to unforeseen consequences. With Rishi's guidance, Agastya realizes that true enlightenment lies in self-mastery and aligning with the universe's greater purpose, rather than controlling others.

Through encounters with deities like Vishnu, Shiva, and Saraswati, Agastya discovers that being a mortal protector means maintaining balance and harmony in the world. By the end of his journey, Agastya ascends to a higher level of consciousness, using his powers sparingly and with deep reverence for the cosmic order. The story concludes with Agastya ready to fulfill his destiny as a guardian of humanity, standing at the threshold of a new beginning.

The Mortal Protector.

Agastya Patel stood on the precipice of a vast canyon, the wind whipping through his hair as he looked down at the swirling mists below. Behind him, the ancient temple of the god Varuna shimmered in the fading light of the sun, its spires stretching high into the sky, symbolizing the connection between the heavens and the earth. He had journeyed far from the life he once knew, from the man who had struggled to make ends meet, to this—a mortal on the path to becoming a god. 


His meditations had deepened, his understanding of the divine had expanded, and his powers had grown stronger. Agastya had passed the levels of awakening, enlightenment, and was now on the brink of transcendence. Each step had brought new challenges, trials of both body and spirit.
