She grinned at him the entire time she talked. Mark's reaction to her question made her chuckle.
"You didn't think I was going into this little test with no idea of what I was talking about, did you?"
"Well, I guess I did to some degree. I'm sorry, Casey. I guess I have to think of something that would convince me, don't I?"
Mark tried to concentrate on some question that would appease his suspicions.
Casey had a sudden idea, a genius one at that. She grinned and chuckled.
"I know, Mark. Let's do something else first, and then if you still don't believe after that, well, I guess we can try it your way. Why don't you talk to Dagomarus, ask him a couple of questions, and I'll go outside so that you can be sure I won't be able to listen in on your conversation? How's that for a test?"
She was smiling at Mark and Dagomarus.
