A peaceful month had passed since Vonn and Zarael advanced to their second year. What they had expected to be a competitive and intense start at the academy turned out to be the opposite.

The second-year program shifted its focus from practical applications to theoretical studies, a stark contrast to the hands-on approach of the first year.

First-year students were given the opportunity to showcase their practical skills without the burden of theoretical demands. In the second year, however, the focus transitioned to the theoretical side, aimed at sharpening their understanding and improving their techniques. By the third year—the final year at the academy—students were challenged to balance both theoretical and practical disciplines, demonstrating the progress they had made throughout their academic journey.
