"A ghost!" Madelyn yelled running towards Romano who shoved her off harshly

"Jadelyn?" Romano walked as though they were pushing him to move. He took staggered steps towards me as tears began to well in his eyes

Why was he pretending in front of these people when clearly, he wanted me to remove the only thing the both of us had in common.

"Romano" I called out to him, my voice cold. My eyes never left his as he walked down to where I was standing.

"Don't touch her! She's dead" Madelyn yelled. "Father tell him that she's dead and she's just haunting us!" She held Micah's suit.

"Get a hold of yourself!" Micah Thompson yelled at her, holding Madelyn up.

"You're real" Romano's grip on my forearm was soft. He fell to his knee, hugging my waist. "You're fucking real"

"Well, I am" I tried to raise him up. He finally agreed and stood up, standing too close to me.
