Marie Antoine Lisette, or Liz as she preferred, never thought her life would spiral from riches to rags. She thought her future was set: a husband on the way, with gold, silver, pearls, lands, mansions, manors, and accounts she could scarcely keep track of. She had it all.

But one fateful day, everything changed. Her head spun, her legs buckled, and then—darkness enveloped her.

When she finally awakened, a circle of concerned faces surrounded her (her body) —friends and family, all eager for her recovery. Yet something felt amiss. When the prince arrived, Liz gushed, blushed, and her lips pursed as she shyly batted it at the prince.  
(Liz: Ew...)  
(???: So, you do like the prince)  
(Liz: What prince? Who?)

As Liz opened her eyes again, a spiders crept through the damp wall. Her luxurious clothes had vanished, replaced by rags, and her hair lay matted and dirty.  
"A prison cell," she thought. Her voice quivered on the brink of tears, "My luxurious life."  
(???: About the prince...)  
"What could he possibly have to complain about?” she snarked.  
"..."

Destined for the unknown

'Shhhh..shhhhhaaaaaa',

Blue green leaves rustled and danced wildly against the wind. The eerie silence was replaced by uneven footsteps.

A zombie--wait. Doctor Sue dragged his dishevelled self. Panting as he followed the light of the moon to a clear lake.

He was thirsty and tired and haven't slept for days.

He didn't know a thing about surviving in the wild. No shelter and a pitiful amount of food he brought with him. But, even with all the skimping and saving for seven days.

He was still down to his last 2 and a half bars of food .

A few pills and oh--- he did find a few fruits before the big spider who was guarding those fruits showed up. Which was apparently the things ' bait. Dr. Sue managed to eat a few fruits before he succumbed to his hunger. Appeasing his stomach greatly. Thankfully, he also managed to get away, the spider appeared so suddenly infront of him, almost turning him into spider-food.

That he still couldn't get over the fact that if he was any slower, that would've been his last meal.

Since then, he became cautious against those wild fruits fearing beasts would come out of them. As for those monsters and mythical creatures.

He wouldn't see tomorrow, if they were here in this forest that was near a town close to the Capital or, is he?

He knew for a fact that he had already been travelling quite far away and adding this forest to the picture, Dr. Sue shuddered at the thought.

He lowered his head to sip the lake water.

When a fish with a glowing orb jumped out of the water, biting half of his face.

"..." It wasn't painful or does it have any adverse reaction after he came into contact with it but...

Dr. Sue hissed in pain after getting rid of that hideous fish. He gritted his teeth as the last tooth of the fish was plucked out of his skin.

His face darkened as he threw the fish far into the lake.Clenching his fist afterwards before leaving in a huff to catch some sleep.

Sadly, tonight our doctor is destined for a sleepless night.

A series of disorganized footsteps broke the tranquilty of the forest.

A dozen slovenly, unshaved , gruff men who specializes in tracking people in the forest scattered themselves near the lake.
