"Xuexue!" Xiang Mei cried out the second she saw Bai Xue open the door; she threw herself in Bai Xue's arms and sighed in relief. There was no denying the fact that she was quite relieved to see Bai Xue.

"Meimei, are you alright?" though Bai Xue was filled with disgust, she still allowed the woman to hug her. However, she pulled away quickly when Xiang Mei was not paying attention.

Xiang Mei wiped the tears that were hanging on her lashes and replied in a sobbing voice, "How can I be alright? You already know the situation outside; it's terrible. I really thought that I was going to die."

First, the entire city was engulfed with water. They didn't even get enough time to calm down when the mutated rats appeared followed by the zombies. It was such a disgusting and scary sight that Xiang Mei still felt her entire body trembling.
