Jocelyn: Roch's Mother, manages the Northeastern Farming City with Roch. Mother of eight children.

Tristan Delsarte: Currently the new Reeve, and Stephen's assistant that manages many tasks.

Emeric: The New Chamberlain, as well as one that oversees the Industrial Crafts of the Territory.

Manuel: Is the current leader, the one managing the Industrial workers.

Shibal: The one managing the distribution of water resources amongst the territory.
