Chapter 39 A Visitor from the Heavenly Principle Church

When Lynn returned to the manor, it was already dusk.

The moon hung high in the sky, and the last threads of the sunset had completely disappeared.

Yet, the manor was alight with vibrant illumination.

To be honest, having a residence like this built in the most prosperous part of Orn City showed that the Augusta Family indeed held considerable influence locally.

After returning to the manor, Lynn originally planned to find a maid to lead him inside. Unexpectedly, he bumped into Morris.

"You're back?"

For some reason, Morris still seemed a bit apprehensive.

Lynn nodded, "I need to see the Princess. Can you take me there?"

Hearing this, Morris hesitated for a moment.

But as he considered how much the Princess valued Lynn, he quickly agreed.

Leading the way ahead, Morris offered well-meaning advice, "The Princess was just meeting with some guests and seemed to be in a bad mood. If you don't have a truly urgent matter to report, I'd advise you not to stir her wrath."
