Chapter 63: Dividing the Cake

Moselle Bishop glanced at his subordinate behind him.

The latter immediately retreated.

A dozen seconds later, as the crowd on-site split to both sides, a trace of astonishment began to surface in people's eyes.

A dining cart was being pushed from the center of the road to the stage by the subordinate.

The cart was enormous, and atop it sat a specially crafted, giant cake with four layers. It was adorned with a variety of colors, quite tempting in appearance.

Considering its size, it would even be more than enough if each of the attendees were to be given a slice.

Seeing such ostentation, a flicker of gloom passed through Duke Tierus's eyes.

Nonetheless, he remained silent and directed his gaze toward Moselle Bishop.
