Chapter 106-107-108

Chapter 106: "A New Student at the Gym"

Derek's gym was bustling that morning, as usual. Kendall and her supermodel friends were already there doing their usual sessions, and Derek, as always, monitored the workouts, giving instructions, adjusting postures and encouraging his students. The gym had become not only a training place, but a social space, where celebrities and friends of Derek and Kylie often met.

That day, however, something different was about to happen. As Derek helped one of the students finish a set, he heard the gym door open. When he looked, he saw none other than Taylor Swift walking in, smiling and waving.

"Hey, Derek!" she said, with a twinkle in her eye. "Ready to sweat a little?"

Derek laughed and walked over to her, giving her a quick hug.

"Sure, Taylor! Let's see how you do. Are you ready for a tough workout?"

Taylor, known for her discipline in everything she does, seemed excited.

"Absolutely! I want to see if I can handle what everyone says about your intense workouts," she joked.

Backstage, after reconciling with Kylie and the Kardashian-Jenner sisters, Taylor had expressed interest in training at Derek's gym. She had always admired his work ethic, and the idea of keeping fit in a more focused and intense way seemed perfect for her busy schedule.

Derek led her to the stretching area, while other students looked on discreetly, impressed to see Taylor Swift working out alongside them. Derek made sure to keep everything as natural as possible, treating her like any other student, without letting his fame get in the way.

"Let's start with a light warm-up," he suggested, as he showed Taylor some stretching moves.

Taylor followed him closely, commenting:

"I think I need this after so many hours of shows and traveling. My body is already thanking me for being here."

Derek smiled.

— It's good to take care of yourself, especially with the pace you have. The show routine can be as exhausting as any military operation, believe me.

Taylor laughed.

— I have no doubt about that. I'm ready to be trained by a true warrior.

The warm-up was completed and then Derek led her to the weight training area. He set up a circuit of exercises focused on endurance, strength and balance, something he knew would be challenging, but possible for Taylor. As she began the exercises, Derek watched her carefully, giving guidance and adjustments when necessary.

— Keep your abs tight, Taylor. And remember to breathe — he said, as she performed a series of squats.

Taylor, already sweating a little, laughed.

— I can already feel the effects. I guess you don't go easy on anyone, huh?

— You asked me for a tough workout, remember? — Derek replied, amused. — I'm just doing it.

The session continued smoothly. Taylor was focused, determined, and despite feeling the intensity of the workout, she was still as enthusiastic. At the end, after completing the last set, she threw herself lightly on the gym floor, exhausted but smiling.

"Wow, that was intense," she said, taking a deep breath. "I'll definitely be back."

"That was a good start," Derek said, extending his hand to help her up. "Next time, I can show you some high-performance circuits. You'll like it even more."

While they were talking, the gym door opened again, and this time, Travis Kelce, the famous tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs and Taylor's current boyfriend, walked in. He walked toward Derek and Taylor with a wide smile on his face.

"I hope you're not leaving me out of this fun," Travis said playfully.

Taylor looked at him with a smirk.

"I don't think you could handle what I just did, Travis."

"Oh, we'll see!" Travis replied, laughing. "Derek, put me in something that shows her who's boss around here."

Derek shook his head, laughing at the friendly competitiveness between the couple.

"I was expecting this," he said. "Okay, Kelce, let's see if you can handle it. I'm going to put together a specific workout for you, something that will help with your explosiveness and strength on the field."

Travis looked excited. As a professional athlete, he knew that staying in shape was essential, and training with Derek, a fitness and military operations specialist, was an opportunity he didn't want to miss.

He stretched quickly and went straight to the circuit Derek had set up, while Taylor watched, still catching her breath. Travis's workout was tailored to his fitness level, but Derek challenged him with high-intensity exercises that included weightlifting, sprinting, and functional movements.

Travis worked hard, sweating and groaning with exertion, but staying focused. Taylor watched from afar, laughing every now and then, especially when Travis started to sweat more than expected.

"Feeling the pressure now, huh, champ?" Taylor teased, laughing.

Travis, without missing a beat, replied breathlessly.

"This... is a piece of cake... for me."

Derek, who was watching everything closely, laughed and intervened.

"Looks like you're having more fun than he is, Taylor."

After almost an hour of training, Travis finally completed the circuit. He leaned on a bench, breathing heavily, but with a satisfied smile.

"Okay, I admit, this was harder than I expected. But I enjoyed it," he said, giving Derek a thumbs-up.

"Good job, Kelce," Derek replied, patting Travis on the shoulder. "With consistency, you'll improve your performance on the field even more."

Taylor walked over to Travis and hugged him, both still panting.

"I think I'll have to come back here with you more often," she said.

"It'll be a pleasure to train you both," Derek replied, smiling. — Just let me know when you want to. The gym is yours.

With the workout over, the three of them sat down in the gym's rest area to drink some water and relax a bit.

"I have to admit, Derek, your workouts are unlike anything I've ever done," Taylor said, wiping the sweat from his forehead. "And you have a unique approach, really."

"That's what I try to do," Derek said humbly. "My experience in the special forces taught me the importance of discipline, endurance, and balance. I try to apply that here, but in a way that works for everyone, whether you're a professional athlete or a successful musician."

Travis and Taylor exchanged glances, both impressed by Derek's dedication and knowledge. It was clear to them that training at his gym would be a valuable addition to their routines.

"Well, I think you'll be seeing us a lot from now on," Travis said, standing up. "We're going to bring even more friends, just to make sure no one gets left behind."

Taylor nodded excitedly.

"That's right!" We can make this a tradition.

Derek smiled, pleased to see their enthusiasm. He knew that maintaining a balance between personal life and dedication to the body and mind was essential, and he was happy to be able to help Taylor and Travis achieve their goals, both inside and outside the gym.

From that day on, Taylor and Travis' presence at Derek's gym became a regular occurrence, creating not only a training routine, but also further strengthening the bonds of friendship between them.

Chapter 107: "Back in Shape"

The next morning, Derek's gym was quieter. The previous day's hustle and bustle had given way to a more relaxed atmosphere. He was already setting up the workout for the first group of clients, adjusting weights and organizing equipment, when the door opened and, to his surprise, Justin Bieber walked in alongside his wife, Hailey.

"Hey, Derek!" Justin waved with a smile on his face. "We're ready for action!" Derek smiled and walked over to the couple, shaking Justin's hand and giving Hailey a quick hug.

"Good to see you guys here. Ready to sweat?" Derek asked, looking at Justin, who looked excited.

"Definitely. I want to get back in shape, man," Justin replied, adjusting his cap backwards. "When I was younger, I was more in shape, and I feel like I want to get back in shape. Hailey convinced me it was a good idea.

Hailey, standing next to Justin, smiled and shrugged.

"He's been complaining about it for a while, so I figured coming here would be the motivation he needed."

Derek nodded, understanding Justin's desire. As a former special forces operator, he knew how important physical and mental discipline was, and he also knew how much effort and focus it took to get back into shape.

"Let's do this, then," Derek said. "I'll put together something that will help you get back into your groove, but won't overwork your body right away. We'll have to build strength and endurance over time."

Justin nodded excitedly as Hailey looked around, already beginning to stretch in preparation.

"Let's start with a light warm-up to loosen up the muscles," Derek suggested, motioning to a clear area where they could stretch and do mobility exercises.

As Justin and Hailey followed his instructions, Derek began to think about how he could design the workout to meet Justin's goals. He knew the singer was looking for more energy, stamina, and strength, but he also wanted to work in a way that wouldn't leave him exhausted or unmotivated. Getting back into shape, especially after a period of time away, required patience and planning.

"So, Justin," Derek began as they warmed up, "how are you feeling? Are you ready to take the first step on this journey back into shape?"

Justin smiled, still stretching.

"Man, I feel like I want to change a lot. I've been so focused on music and personal projects for the last few years, and I've kind of let that slide. Now, I want to feel good again, both physically and mentally."

Derek nodded, understanding.

"That's normal. The important thing is that you're taking the first step now. And we're going to work on it slowly but steadily. Today, I'm going to take it easy so you can get used to it, and then we can increase the intensity as you feel more comfortable."

With the warm-up complete, Derek led them to the weight room, where he set up a circuit of exercises focused on endurance and strengthening the major muscle groups. He made sure to tailor each move to Justin and Hailey, adjusting the weight and intensity so that they both felt challenged but not overwhelmed.

"Let's start with a set of dumbbell bench presses, okay?" Derek said, grabbing a set of lighter dumbbells for Justin. "This is just to warm up the chest and shoulders. Then we'll move on to something heavier."

Justin picked up the dumbbells and began the set, while Derek watched closely, adjusting his form and encouraging him.

"Keep control on the way down, Justin. This will help you build even more strength. You're doing great."

Justin followed the instructions, and by the end of the set, he was already sweating.

"Damn, man," he said, taking a deep breath. "I've definitely lost some of my endurance. I used to do this a lot easier." Derek patted Justin on the back.

"It's normal at first, but it will change over time. Consistency is key. And remember, your body has memory. You'll find that in a few weeks, you'll feel much better."

Hailey, who was standing nearby doing free weight squats, smiled at Justin.

"You're doing great, honey. We'll both be out of here in shape soon."

They continued their workout, moving through different stations. Derek focused on functional exercises that not only strengthened muscles but also improved overall fitness. Justin pushed himself with determination in each movement, while Hailey followed suit with ease and grace.

"We'll finish with some sprints on the treadmill to work on cardio," Derek said, leading them to the cardio area. "It doesn't have to be too fast, I just want you to get a feel for the rhythm."

Justin stepped onto the treadmill, adjusted the speed, and began running, while Hailey did the same next to him. As they ran, they exchanged a few words, laughing every now and then and Derek watched them with satisfaction.

The couple seemed genuinely committed to improving their physical and mental health, and Derek knew that this was the first step in an important journey for them.

After almost an hour and a half of training, Derek decided it was time to end the session.

"Well, that's enough for today," he said with a smile. "I don't want you guys to be exhausted on the first day."

Justin stepped off the treadmill, panting, but with a big smile on his face.

"Man, that was amazing. I'm not going to lie, I can feel every muscle right now, but this is exactly what I needed."

Hailey, equally sweaty, approached Justin and hugged him lightly.

"We're back in the game, honey. This was just the beginning."

Derek smiled, satisfied.

"You guys did a great job today. Keep coming back and keeping up this routine, and you'll be amazed at the progress you make."

Justin and Hailey thanked Derek, complimenting his approach and saying they would definitely be back for more sessions. Before they left, Justin took one last look around the gym.

"Man, this is amazing. I really needed this. Thanks for having us, Derek."

Derek nodded.

"Always a pleasure, Justin. Now just keep going. We'll get you back in the shape you want, I promise."

As they said their goodbyes and left the gym, Derek watched the couple walk to their car, both laughing and talking about their workout. He knew that helping people achieve their goals, especially someone like Justin who was so determined to get back in shape, was one of the most rewarding parts of his job.

And so, once again, Derek's gym became the go-to place for those looking for something more be it a physical improvement, a mental improvement, or simply a new motivation.

Chapter 108: "Surprise Invitation"

It was a quiet morning at Derek and Kylie's house, with the sun streaming softly through the windows as they enjoyed breakfast together. Stormi and Aire were in the living room, playing with their toys, and everything seemed calm. Derek, still in his sweatshirt, was reading something on his phone, when Kylie, with a smile on her face, looked at him from across the table.

"Honey, you won't believe what just happened," Kylie said, crossing her legs and leaning forward a little.

Derek looked up from his phone and smiled when he saw the excitement on his wife's face.

"What's up?" he asked, curious.

"We've been invited to the Met Gala!" Kylie said excitedly, as if she was waiting to share this news as soon as possible.

Derek blinked a few times, processing what she had said.

"Wait a minute... the Met Gala? That glamorous event with celebrities from all over the world?" he asked, still a little surprised.

Kylie laughed, shaking her head.

"Yes, exactly that one! Anna Wintour invited us, and of course, you're coming with me. We're officially on the guest list."

Derek leaned back in his chair, trying to imagine what it would be like to be at an event like that. He was used to very different situations – tactical operations, military missions, and even more private settings like his gym – but the Met Gala? It was a completely new scenario for him.

"Wow… That's really… unexpected," he admitted, looking at Kylie with a half-incredulous smile.

Kylie smiled back, getting up from her chair and walking over to Derek. She wrapped her arms around his neck, leaning in to kiss him lightly.

"I know it's not exactly your usual environment, but I think you'll do great. And we'll rock together!" she said confidently.

Derek laughed, pulling her close.

"Well, if you think I can handle it, I'm in," he said, resigned to the idea. — But I'm going to need help with what to wear. This is definitely out of my comfort zone.

Kylie gave him a light kiss on the forehead before pulling away.

— Don't worry about it. I'll call one of my trusted stylists to make sure you look flawless. I already have a few ideas in mind for both of us.

Derek raised an eyebrow, curious about what Kylie was planning.

— Oh yeah? What are you thinking?

— Well... — she began, walking over to her phone and starting to take notes. — I want something iconic, but that perfectly matches your style. Something sophisticated, but that still maintains your essence. After all, you're not just any guy, Derek. I want the world to see who you really are, in an elegant and unique way.

Derek chuckled softly.

— So you want me to wear a tuxedo? A suit? What are we thinking here?

Kylie smiled again, already immersed in ideas.

— I'm thinking of something more daring. Maybe a more modern suit, but with details that reference your history. Maybe something that combines military elements in a subtle but elegant way. And of course, I'll have a dress that will complement your outfit perfectly.

Derek nodded, interested in Kylie's vision.

"Looks like you already have everything planned, huh?" he teased.

Kylie winked at him, with a confident smile.

"I'm always one step ahead, love."

As the day wore on, Kylie spent much of it on the phone with her stylist, describing exactly what she had in mind for the Met Gala. Derek, on the other hand, tried not to think too much about the pressure of being at such a grand event. He knew all eyes would be on them—especially with Kylie by his side.

That afternoon, Kylie's stylist, a cool-looking man named Julian, arrived at the house to start planning the couple's outfits.

"So, shall we get started?" — Julian said, full of energy, as he prepared to take Derek's measurements.

"Yes, of course," Derek replied, a little hesitant, but confident that he was in good hands.

Julian began taking measurements, while talking to Kylie about what she wanted for their look at the event.

"Kylie wants something that is sophisticated, but also tells a story," Julian said, as he wrote down Derek's measurements. "Something that represents your journey, Derek, but at the same time is suitable for the glamour of the Met Gala."

Derek, still a little surprised by all the attention to detail, just nodded.

"Well, I never thought my story could be translated into a suit, but I'm curious to see how this will turn out," he joked.

"Trust me, honey," Julian replied with a smile. "When I'm done, you'll be ready to steal all the spotlight that night."

Meanwhile, Kylie was already thinking about the design of the dress. She wanted something striking, but elegant, something that would complement Derek's style, without losing her personal touch.

"I want the dress to be a color that matches Derek's suit, but also with an iconic cut. Something that people will remember for years to come," Kylie explained, as she showed Julian some ideas on her phone.

"I'm thinking a deep navy blue, almost black, with silver details that resemble military insignia," Julian suggested, glancing at Derek. "And for you, Kylie, a dress that has a sophisticated cut, maybe in silk or satin, with a slight train. Something that moves gracefully when you walk."

Kylie smiled, delighted by the idea.

"That sounds perfect, Julian. I trust you completely."

Derek, who was already starting to feel more comfortable with the idea of going to the event, looked at Kylie and said:

"You're going to look amazing, I have no doubt. And I promise I won't ruin it."

Kylie laughed, walking over to him and taking his hands.

"We're both going to rock it, love. It's going to be an unforgettable night."

With everything planned and the outfits in production, Derek was starting to feel more prepared for the Met Gala. Although it was still something outside his comfort zone, he knew that being by Kylie's side would make any event easier to face. And, who knows, maybe the world would end up seeing a side of him that they hadn't yet seen.

That night, as they were getting ready for bed, Kylie turned to Derek in bed and whispered: "I can't wait to see you that night, all dressed up. The world isn't ready for that."

Derek smiled, pulling her close. "Neither can I wait to see you. I'm sure you'll be the star of the night."

And with that thought, they both closed their eyes, knowing that soon they would have a glamorous night ahead of them and that they would be together, facing any spotlight.
