Ch-19 My Salary is Paid!

I woke suddenly from my sleep huffing covered in sweat.
"I-im alive!?" I shouted when I realised maybe it was a dream since my bed was tucked perfectly meaning I slept last night.
[Elys..I need to tell you something , first get ready.]
I woke from the bed went immediately to the bathroom and got ready and came down the stairs.
"Good Morning Elys , sit down"
"Good Morning Mom" I sat in the chair and guess my sister finally got a job since she wasn't here and my dad...well he's a Historian anyhow.
"Where's sister? Did she get a job?" I asked my mother who was sitting beside me.
"Yes she got a job as a teacher in middle school as it seems and your dad is still in City of Babylonia."
"Sister got a job as a teacher!?? No wayyyyyyyyy"
Dad always goes to many historic play so Babylonia wasn't a big deal but my sister getting a job as a teacher? That's -0.01% of her getting that job! That's good news anyhow.
I get up and leave since it was getting late to my school , came to the middle of the road , took my position and...ran!

I finally reached the entrance in short amount of time when I heard a horn , so I moved out of the way , it stopped and out came...nothing special it was just Anna , short for Anastasia Nocturne Petrov , rather huge and long name to be honest.
"Good Morning Anna..didn't know you had butlers" I greeted and the butler part was sarcasm as you know.
After a while the limo looking car left and Anna looked angry for some reason.
"Now they're going to tell Father. Because of you."
It seems the butlers misinterpreted the situation of mine as 'boyfriend' instead of 'friend' , who in the hell will marry this devil anyway?
"Sorry..." I apologized to which she looked away and started walking ignoring me completely.
"Stay back for today" and she left..weird woman , not just her every woman is damn weird.
[Shut up Lover boy now listen, something big happened in Up Above!]
"That is?"
[It seems Arkis died in the hands of another God, it won't hurt you in anyway though]
"H-he died? How?! Isn't he a God?"

I come to my class and sit down at the last row near the window, I could feel the breeze around me.

Soon the class began with Miss Diana not wasting a second and why the hell did Chloe Skyhawks sit beside me? It's not like her sister was forcing her and she wasn't even paying attention to the class!
"You seem to not like the class" I whispered to Chloe.
She turned her head towards my side and kept her tongue out implying something like..'it's boring anyway , I'm weak at history' or something like that.
"Mind showing me the school at Lunch?"
"Sure Elys."
There goes my need to do introduction , gosh I hate my name being shortened until I shorten other's name!

'Shut up..' I thought and just fell asleep , cause.. History is 'Mind blowing' Subject..literally.
I wake with a sudden jerk after hearing the Lunch Bell and wake up streching my hands and start yawning like I'll die if I don't and start opening my Lunch Box , though I don't need it as much since...Survival resilience of Cockroaches....disgusting I know.
I open the box and smell Chicken, nothing special in our household and Chloe comes and sits beside me and opens her bento.
"Hey , tell me something about Anastasia"
"W-w-what? Why do you want to know about her??"
She seemed confused for some reason , didn't knew she was that famous.
"No reason , shouldn't I know about the Top Student of Haiti?"
"Yeah , she's someone of a great person"
"tell me more" I say this while eating my chicken leppeppepepepp gosh my saliva is coming out a lot.
"Well...Anastasia Nocturne Petrov is 17 yrs old , daughter of you know who , she's in 17-C and known for her compulsive behavior, anger and also she's the most intelligent person ever....and she's extremely good at Sports , her only flaw is that she doesn't communicate with anyone. She literally played 20 ISTG previous year and ranked 1st !"
Damn , she was really talented in everything and 20 ISTG?
"What are ISTG? I'm homeschooled"
Chloe turned to me with her mouth wide open , gosh I wish a fly went into her huge mouth.
"Well since your homeschooled.....ISTG stands for Inter School Tournament of the Gifted , they are sports tournaments held by the UNOE government , for example let's say Footbal , Basketball , Hockey , Wrestling and many more. Selected Representatives need to be participate and atleast 1 student from each SCUC should attend."
"Crazy..."
No wonder Anastasia's slaps felt so strong , getting first place in over 20 sports is not child's play , gosh to think I'm praising a person I need to eliminate!

Anyhow I took a deep sigh.
"She's Indeed very cool huh"

Seems like Chloe didn't like her , not my problem. I soon talk to her about many things , it feels like she might be a friend who I think I would like to have.
Soon after the School ended , I rushed to the Vice Principal's Office and enter the Office and sit in the chair.
"Oh Elysian! I've been waiting , here. 1000Eks"
I got a *ting* sound and click my card to find 1000 Eks were deposited in my card.
"Thank you Vice Principal"
"Hahahaha your welcome , you'll only have to clean 4 rooms in this week okay? We'll improve the intensity for both of you weekly"
"Yes Principal" I stand up and bow and exit the Office with my Salary!
By the time I reached the College Anna was cleaning the Lecture Room 3-A so I get ready in my Cleaner Uniform and enter the Lecture Room when I saw-
"Anna...you don't use mops on Windows!!"
"Oh...you cleaned them yesterday so i didn't know"
Really great how she can be cold and have a poker face when she did something incorrectly!!
