**Chapter 16: Forum Storm**
Su Yu entered the official forum, and the moment he did, his eyes were drawn to a bright, bold, and red-pinned post at the top: **"1V100! Mysterious Player Sweeps the Bully Zhantian Guild – The Ending Will Shock You!"**
Curiosity piqued, Su Yu clicked the post. A third-person video played, capturing the entire debacle between the Zhantian Guild and a group of ordinary players. It showed the guild charging a fee at the village entrance, leading to a heated argument, and then culminating in the massacre – all of which Su Yu had single-handedly orchestrated.
The player who uploaded the video had taken great care to detail the events leading up to the battle. At the end of the post, they called on all players to stand up against the Zhantian Guild:
**"The Zhantian Guild's actions are intolerable! Charging players just as the server launches – what's next? Will they monopolize game resources entirely? We must take a stand, demand an apology, and make sure players who suffered losses are compensated!"**
Within minutes of the post going live, the forum exploded.
Players flooded the comment section, most supporting the call for action:
- "Support! We can't let the big guilds walk all over us!"
- "I've dealt with the Zhantian Guild before—they're awful!"
- "For such small profits, they're willing to crush us regular players? We can't let them get away with this!"
- "I'll tell my buddy to leave their guild. No way I'm associating with those jerks!"
- "But, wow, that 1V100 guy was something else! Even if he had an NPC buff."
- "If it were me, I wouldn't dare offend a guild as big as Zhantian, buff or no buff."
The thread grew rapidly, with thousands of replies pouring in, many from players and some from netizens who didn't even own game helmets but were still eager to get involved. Regardless, the entire forum was soon filled with posts condemning the Zhantian Guild. Even the forum admins joined in, pinning the post and making it bolder for everyone to see.
As Su Yu scrolled through the forum, however, he noticed something else: Zhantian Guild members had arrived en masse to counter the wave of criticism.
- "Hold up! You've got the wrong people! The ones in the video aren't part of our guild!"
- "I'm an elite group leader from Zhantian Guild, and I can guarantee no one in our guild would pull something like this."
- "Exactly! We have a reputation to maintain. We've always been committed to creating a positive game environment!"
- "I can vouch for them. Played alongside Zhantian in *Demon Domain*—they were always fair."
- "Someone must be impersonating us!"
With these counterposts gaining traction, some players who had been up in arms began to doubt the initial claims, waiting for more evidence before passing judgment. If this kept up, Su Yu knew that Zhantian Guild would soon provide "proof" to clear their name, and the outrage would fizzle out.
Su Yu finished his meal and stretched, a wry smile forming on his lips. "Zhantian's leader is clever, I'll give him that. At this rate, they'll smooth things over soon."
He knew he couldn't let them off the hook that easily. His mind raced for a plan. Then it hit him—*there's someone I can call in*.
Su Yu checked his phone, muttering, "It's been thirty minutes. The Black Dragon with Red Eyes should be back online by now."
Grinning to himself, he donned his game helmet and logged back into *Evolution*.

Su Yu spawned at the Nolan Village cemetery, where a large white light signaled the resurrection of the Red-Eyed Black Dragon and the other Emperor Blood Guild members.
The Red-Eyed Black Dragon wasted no time. He immediately pulled up his death log, his face contorting in disbelief when he saw the name of the player who had killed him. "What the... It was *Nemesis* who killed us!"
Behind him, the guild's other core members—Giant God Soldier, Sky Dragon, and Wing God Dragon—also checked their logs. The Giant God Soldier, a cold-faced youth, gritted his teeth. "It was that same master who took down the Level 4 Boss earlier... Guess we didn't die for nothing."
Sky Dragon, a cute red-haired girl, blinked in confusion. "Wait, didn't he have some kind of NPC buff? The forum video showed him getting it from a high-level NPC!"
Wing God Dragon, a tall blonde woman, shook her head. "Those are lies. He killed the boss two and a half hours before fighting us. No NPC buff lasts that long. There's only one explanation—*Nemesis* really has the strength to kill us all on his own."
The Red-Eyed Black Dragon snorted, trying to hide his unease. "Everyone's level is low right now. Once we've leveled up and gotten proper gear, I'll show him what real cruelty looks like."
But before they could leave, a system message popped up in front of him: **"Ding! Player 'Nemesis has sent you a friend request."**
The Red-Eyed Black Dragon froze. His guildmates, noticing his sudden halt, looked back. "What's wrong?" Wing God Dragon asked.
His face was pale as he stammered, "Nemesis ….. Nemesis just added me as a friend!"
Sky Dragon burst out laughing. "Didn't you say you'd show him real cruelty? Well, here's your chance!"
The Giant God Soldier smirked. "Yeah, don't chicken out now."
Swallowing hard, the Red-Eyed Black Dragon finally clicked **"Accept."**
But no sooner had he done so than his fingers flew across the keyboard, typing at a speed that only decades of single life could produce:
**"Big bro Nemesis! I'm honored to have a place on your friend list! I deeply apologize for the unpleasantness caused by my brothers and me. Please, I hope you can forgive us!"**
Sky Dragon and Wing God Dragon stood slack-jawed behind him.
"Is this... your version of 'cruelty'?" Wing God Dragon asked, barely able to believe her eyes.
"Uncle Red," Sky Dragon teased, "Could you be any more humble?"
The Red-Eyed Black Dragon waved them off, muttering, "What do you little girls know?!" He turned his back to them, eagerly awaiting a reply from the infamous *Nemesis*.
