#Flashback 5 – Gavin Confronts Aruna About the Gossip 


"Run, what's going on between you and Rama? And what about Mr. Juna?" Gavin asked as he gently but firmly pulled Aruna away to join him for lunch at the campus cafeteria, separating her from her two friends. 


"Problem?!" Aruna echoed in confusion. "What problem? I have no idea what you're talking about, Vin..." 


"Maira. She was throwing shade at me about you..." 


"Maira?!" Aruna exclaimed, her expression shifting from confusion to disgust. "Ugh... that nuisance! What did she say?!" 


"So you do have a problem with her?" Gavin pressed after catching Aruna's reaction. 


Aruna nodded. "Yeah, but why would she drag you into it? What did she do to you?" 


"Nothing I can't handle," Gavin replied. "I just don’t like how she’s bringing your name into things." 


"Um..." Aruna nodded. "So, what exactly did she say?"
