On May 28, 1987, at 19:30, Matthias Rust, an amateur pilot from the West Germany Hamburg Aviation Club, flew a Cessna 172 Skyhawk for five hours, traveling over 800 kilometers within Soviet territory, flying over two naval bases, four air force bases, and two missile bases, successfully penetrating Moscow's defense network and finally landing in the open area of Red Square, a mere hundred meters away from Gorbachev's office.
History called it the Red Square Incident.
The United States Navy headquarters for the first time released a communication record on October 10, 1995.
Canadian party: "Please alter your course fifteen degrees south to avoid collision."
American party: "I suggest you change your heading fifteen degrees north to avoid a collision."
