"Brian, should we pass this case to someone else?"
Even Susan, who was usually thick-skinned, felt the pressure looking at the bodies.
"Let's take a look first. By the way, Shi San was scratching around the clearing near the cabin earlier, did he find something?" Brian asked, curious.
He had been examining the victims and hadn't paid attention to Shi San.
Susan pulled out a piece of fabric with some bumps, enclosed in a transparent bag, "It's this, buried very shallow, as if it had fallen on the ground and been stepped into it. The material looks kind of strange. Shi San kept barking at the fabric, so I bagged it."
Brian took the bag, looked at it for a moment, and sniffed it, only to smell a strong earthy odor, then he explained to Susan, "This is silk."
Susan rolled her eyes, "Don't treat me like a girl who hasn't seen the world, I have lots of custom silk camisoles in my closet!"
"Silk camisoles?"
Brian was a bit confused.
