CCCLVI. Grand Funeral

[Holy Spirit Calendar 2690, March 2nd.]

[East Sea Domain, Heavenly Port, heavy rain turning to light rain.]

[Doringger, deceased.]

Celeste wrote in the logbook as the drizzle dotted the paper; then she closed the book.

Following that terrible chasm, Celeste had rushed over first.

Then came Archer, who drew in a cold breath as he looked at Liszt's body, which resembled a charred corpse, still smoking.

"Captain... has passed away! I've told you time and again not to mess with that New Heavenly Port. You had to make such a scene, and now Doringger's dead, and so you leave us! He was my captain! I will take care of his funeral arrangements; I'm the boss of Heavenly Port, I am Archer! Brother Li, may you rest in peace!"

Archer prepared to go back and call people to take care of Liszt's body, both men having died standing up.
