I rubbed my eyes, I was so stressed out.

Daisy ending the partnership had brought some complications with it.

One of my top investors was threatening to pull out. According to them, they had been looking forward to making use of her software.

Was this why she had pulled out of the partnership? because she had suspected they wanted to use her software, she could have just told me instead of all the drama, she and the Helios group had caused.

Even after they had removed me from the no-contact blacklist, companies, clients, and investors were still wary of me and wanted nothing to do with me.

I was losing what I had worked for in the blink of an eye. I had always prided myself on my Intelligence and believed that was all I needed to succeed.

The attacks by the helios group had opened my eyes that intelligence without power was useless.
