I opened the door and was shocked to see Daisy.

"Daisy, what are you doing here?" I asked.

I held her tightly as I carried her inside and locked the door. I set her down and looked down into her eyes.

"What did you say? Please say it again" I asked her.

"I love you, Declan Ellington, and I forgive you."

"I love you so much, Daisy; if you give me this chance, I will never let you down. I will never let you cry or hurt you ever again."

She giggled, "Declan, I have already given you the chance."

I kissed her, letting her know through the kiss that I would always be there for her and I would never let her down.
