[After the confusion of past two days, I have made up my mind. I will continue the plot as I have imagine. I am a new author and this was a new experience and certain comments- which involved words like me having sick mind affected me a bit. But as I said, I am not glorifying sexual assault. It would be presented as an act of evil and atrocity.
How laughable and foolish it would be to think and say that my fanfiction included murders, bullying and abuse and crimes of all kind. Death eaters were brutal enough to raid and kill innocent villagers and non magical but they were 'kind' enough to not do an act of sexual assault...
When they are evil, they do everything evil. I cannot deny reality to keep things flowery.
Just because the newspaper won't talk about crimes, will the crimes stop? Should they stop reporting and talking about assaults? No... ]

While Hermione Granger had her talk with Minerva, Harry spent the entire free period with Daphne and Tracey in the library of Hogwarts.
In the hour, Harry spent with Daphne and Tracey, he mostly indulged them on the topic related to the life he had experienced at Hogwarts, studies, Quidditch and few incidents which had happened in their three years at Hogwarts. He also talked with them about the prejudged notions and assumptions that Gryffindors had for the Slytherins and the Slytherins had for the Gryffindors.
Daphne, on the other hand, though not very direct but subtly tried, few times, to shift the topic towards politics and other things but Harry remained vague on a lot of things and feigned ignorance on the other things.
While she had also hoped but had been equally worried if Harry would ask about what had happened in the train compartment, Harry did not touch that topic.
Daphne felt both- relief and frustration at the same time gnawing her from inside. Harry easily guessed what was going inside Daphne's mind and he felt quite amused at her reaction.
Tracey Davis for the majority of time remained a mook spectator and would only join the conversation when specifically asked to do so.
The rest of the day went pretty normal. They did not have any such class today which might have caused some chaos and ruckus like potions or divination, since Harry was not planning to attend any of it.
During the entire day, Hermione's mood was certainly not good and she remained quiet. Harry knew very well what had caused this as he was well aware of it.
He was certain that the fact that Minerva McGonagall and Albus Dumbledore had been aware of the assault and bullying that Daphne had been undergoing and that they had done nothing about it and were still not going to do anything about it must have shocked Hermione.
Hermione Granger because of her life experiences had been a firm believer and a worshipper of the authorities and seeing such neglect had definitely dealt a blow to her especially considering when both- Minerva McGonagall and Albus Dumbledore were here ideal.
He was curious about what Minerva had said and whether had she also offered some explanation?
Ron Weasley because of the earlier incident in the morning and more so after Harry had spent his time with a 'snake' was still acting.
And although Harry and Hermione sat together in the classes, he did not get the opportunity to talk to her as they had back to back classes. It was as the last class of the day ended and they had around two hours before the dinner time.
"Hermione," Harry whispered in her ears. "Come with me."
Hermione gave a nod as Harry took her hand and the witch followed along.
Hermione led by Harry silently escaped from the bunch of students and arrived at the sevenths floor. And we all know what was on the 7th floor. The Room of Requirements.
Hermione was confused when Harry stood in front of the wall but soon all her confusion vanished when a door suddenly appeared at the wall in front of Harry.
"Is this a hidden room?" Hermione asked as she followed behind Harry.
The room from the inside was not very big. A fire was lit in the centre of room. Big, soft and comfortable sofas were surrounding all around the fire. Other than the fire and the sofa, a bed was placed at one end of the room.
"Yes," replied Harry as they walked inside. "This is a hidden room but not an ordinary hidden room."
"It is called the Room of Requirements," he explained. "It turns into whatever we desire... it can also bring to us most of the things which we desire."
"Wow," Hermione's face lit up and though she did not understand the full implications, she understood its awesomeness to be surprised.
"How did you know about it?" She asked and she answered the question herself even before Harry had a chance to say anything, "From the diary of your parents."
Harry nodded in response as he sat on the sofa.
He then pulled Hermione on his lap.
"Harry," she yelped.
"Did you talk to professor McGonagall?" He asked stroking her hair. "What did she told you?"
Hearing the question, the slight happiness which had appeared on her face vanished and she remained silent for few moments.
"Professor McGonagall and headmaster Dumbledore were already aware of the bullying and assault which has been happening to Daphne," she said.
"Oh!" Harry acted a bit surprise. "Since they are aware, and have done nothing about it means that even now they would not be taking any action?"
Hermione nodded her head as she explained Harry all what Minerva McGonagall had told her.
Harry's eyes flashed with a bit or surprise when he learned that Minerva had talked about the reason why Daphne Greengrass had been being bullied.
"She really told you this?" Harry asked in a surprised voice.
"Yes," Hermione asked with a raised eyebrow. "Is it not true or is there something that you know?"
"Did Daphne talked to you about this?" She questioned.
"No..." Harry shook his head. "I thought it might not be comfortable to ask her about all these matters so soon."
"Maybe when she becomes more comfortable with me, I will ask her," he added.
"Hmm," Hermion said.
"I think we should do something about this," she added after few moments. "I cannot let such injustice happen even after knowing about it."
Harry gave a small nod in response and he was curious what path Hermione was planning to take.
