Alex and Lynn walked back towards the house with their hands intertwined... they both had warm smiles on their faces as they walked back into the house and as they headed up the stairs, Xavier who was on his way out of his study sighted them and he was about to call out to the couple but decided not to... they both looked like they had settled whatever dispute between them and the bright smile Alex had on his face said it all...
