The next day, Alex and lynn were woken up by a persistent knock on his room door... at first Alex drew lynn closer to his body and wanted to ignore the knock hoping whoever it was would go away and come back later, but whoever it was didn't relent... he was going to continue ignoring it but Lynn woke up... she started to get out of the bed to check who was at the door but alex drew her back to the bed... "someone is at the door." She said in a groggy voice and Alex sighed deeply... "I know... I just need a few seconds..." Alex replied in a deep voice as his eyes fluttered open and was met with hers... he leaned closer and planted a soft kiss on her forehead before he hesitantly got up from the bed to check who was at the door... Lynn got up in a sitting position...
