When the light cleared, Bane let out a lower whistle, despite himself. Even though he had seen what Nia was going to look like, the angelic being that stood in front of him caught Bane off guard. While she still looked like she was about twenty years old, she now had four wings on her back, and they were snow white with golden edges. Her face was soft, and kind, but she clearly had a confused look on her face.
"How do I look?" Nia asked with a blush, and Bane smiled.
"Like an angel," Bane said with a grin, but then paused, as he realized something. "I hope your not mad that I picked this form for you. Other than Zerynthia, I don't really know what race either of you were before being imprisoned, so I just picked what I thought suited your personality."
Nia had been looking over her body with a childlike wonder as Bane spoke, but looked up after he finished with a confused look.
