The Cosa Nostra is a secret organisation of monsters ruled by one King Alessio Vutello. He was raised by The Viper from an early age and has taken the organization by force at the young age of 25 and now at 32,he walks into one of his establishment, a poorly lit diner used as a cover up to move his shipment of drugs, alcohol and weapons but he sets his eyes in Marcella Russo, a Spanish woman who works as a waitress and decides that he wants her for himself but Marcella wants nothing to do with him because no matter how much her body pulls her to him, her mind tells her one thing "STAY THE FUCK AWAY!" but Alessio will not take no for an answer
