Elgar had recovered his health and they had met in Kamiya's office for the negotiations. While all warriors representing Yuiken village were waiting outside the door, inside were Kamiya, Naru, and Kinjo. Elgar was alone.

"The reason Iori city values Miki so much is because she is a Pinguo," said Elgar. The tables in the room had been joined together; Elgar was sitting in one corner, with Kamiya sitting across from him.

"Yes, we understand that, but we can't just hand her over to you," said Kamiya, leaning forward.

"What matters here are Iori's interests," said Elgar. He tapped the table gently with his hand to get the room's attention. "We're concerned about Miki's safety, and besides, she is currently..."
