CHAPTER 5- BOND

" My name is Kian Zuke. I am a timestellar " he began. Feeling another question coming he simply continued. " I have teleporting abilities, magic and I can time travel. I also have visions of the past or future.

I'm also the bond you've been looking for in the last few days" he ended. Lexi's eyes widened at his words. "Really?" She asked in both shock and excitement. He nodded.

" But, how do you know accurately that I'm your bond?" She asked. "Like I said previously I have the ability to see visions. I saw you in one of them." Kian replied then reached out his hand and used his forefinger to close her mouth that was hanging as he spoke.

" Don't be too shocked princess. I actually know a lot about you. I was initially about to set off for your country to come and claim you but it seems you were more eager than I was to find me.

Lexi looked down shyly. " I just felt alone . All my siblings and cousins have already found their bonds and they barely have time to spend with me ." She said, looking at Kian with sad eyes.

Kian didn't react to what she said and just stared at her intently.* Cough * Cough, Lexi feigned as she tried to move on to a different topic." So now that I've found you or rather you found me. I guess we'll have to go back to Mount Gale for the whole wedding and stuff " Lexi said in a matter of fact tone.

" Lexi" the first time he actually mentioned her name and it sounds heavenly in her ears." That's not how it works Lexi" he said." Don't worry, I'm sure that everything will go as planned. We will also get to know each other better so don't fret ." She said a bit confidently.

After some time of them just staring into each other's faces Lexi decided to talk." What do you mean by what you said.?" " Now that we've found each other , the bonding will begin tomorrow dawn. Before that happens, if like you to get acquainted with everything here"

Lexi simply nodded in agreement." Lucris!" She heard him call. Just at that moment a man appeared out of thin air holding a tray of food and some supplements. Lexi could feel her stomach making all sorts of sounds at the sight of food.

"Master Kian, the Madam's food" he said. " Lexi, this is Lucris, my uh...butler" he said. Lucris brought the tray of food closer to where Lexi was and bowed as a sign of respect. " Madam Lexi, Lucris, always at your service" he said. " Its nice to meet you Lucris" Lexi responded.

" I hope after the bonding you enjoy your stay here" Lucris said again them disappeared.

" My stay? Wait, I'll be living here?" She asked Kian in a confused tone. " Yes, where else would you live if not with your husband." Kian said.

It was then that it hit her that he was right. She probably felt differently because all her siblings and cousins live in the castle with their bonds. And they were all males. She was the only girl according to what she knew.

" No wonder it took a while load of work to convince her parents to allow her leave" she thought." Okay" she replied to Kian's words aftersnapping out of her thoughts.

Kian then made her to eat and take the supplements to help her. When she was done, Kian showed her around the house after she pleaded to see even though she was still recovering from her previous endeavours.

Then Kian took her to the forbidden place on the east wing of the house. There they stood at the bottom of the stairs. He pointed to the door. That's s where I teleport to different timelines, past future or present.

There is a strong magic around the place which would be harmful to inexperienced people. So it's best you stay clear of that place alright?" " Alright?" She responded.

"If I may ask. Do you have maids or any type of servant?" Lexi asked

" No I have non. Lucris does everything I need with his magic" Kian responded." How did you meet him?" Lexi asked again

" He raised me" Kian said "Ooh. That is cool." Lexi said as she nodded politely. Both people spent the rest of the dayexploring the nearby places just around the mansion.

They went in for supper and night fall came.After a while Kian took her to his Bedroom and showed her where to take a bath and have a change of clothing after bathing.

" So you were already expecting and prepared for me huh?" Lexi asked ." Yes, we really anticipated your arrival" Kian said then left to give her some privacy.

She took her bath quickly and came out to find her night gown. Her brows furrowed when she lifted the dress. It was quite a revealing dress she thought and went to the closet and to see if she would find a dress that was less revealing.

Her search was futile after a couple of minutes going through all the night dresses in the closet. She let out a heavy sigh."I Might as well walk around naked then" she said to herself in an annoyed voice.

"I won't mind that " she heard behind Her and she quickly turned to find Kian standing right there. " You're really gorgeous. Did anyone ever tell you that?" Kian said.

Lexi looked down as her cheeks flushed pink say his comment. She could see him walking closer to her.when he was now mere inches away, his forefinger lifted her chin up to look at him.

"Don't look down when I'm talkingvto you alright? There's nothing to be afraid of" Kian said in a mesmerising sweet, calm voice. Lexi smiled a shy smile and slowly nodded, while looking at his face. That's good. Now let's go and get some sleep. We have a lot of things to do tomorrow " Kian said.
