Chapter 21: Forever together

They arrived at the location sent by Tim. The bar was empty, they thought it was closed.

Al: "Is it closed?"

Seb: "I don't think there's any light inside."

They found the door open, so they went into the bar. There was no one there except the employees. The bar shouldn't have been empty at this time, which was suspicious to them.

Employee: "Hello. You can sit there."

They followed the employee to their table. They ordered drinks and they were soon served.

Logan: "It's a strange bar. There is no one here except us."

Ethan: "But they have good drinks."

Willy: "Tim's grandparents gave me a house."

They drank and talked until late. It was really nice to spend time with them. Willy didn't even think about what happened yesterday. He was very happy spending time with his friends. He missed Tim, who hadn't even called him since noon. He took his phone out of his pocket and started typing a message.

Willy: "Whre are yiu? Wgy didn't you cone to the bar? Didnoy tou miss me?"

Tim: "Who said I didn't miss you? I'm waiting for you outside. I didn't want to interrupt your conversation. You seem to have had a lot to drink. Can you walk or should I come in and pick you up?"

Willy was looking at his phone happily. He immediately got up to go outside to see Tim.

Al: "Wait, we're coming too."

They called the bar staff to pay for their drinks.

Employee: "There's nothing to pay. The bar owner has already taken care of that."

The bar owner? They have no idea who the owner of the bar is.

Logan: "Can we talk to him or her?"

Employee: "Unfortunately he is not here. He warned us that you were coming and took care of everything in advance."

"Tim" They all said together. Is Tim the owner of the bar? They immediately went outside to talk to him. Tim was waiting for them by the car.

Willy immediately hugged him.

Willy: "Why didn't you come here sooner? I missed you so much."

Tim: "Sorry, Mr. William, I won't keep you waiting so long next time. I missed you too."

Willy kissed him.

Willy: "Liar. If you missed me, you would have come to the bar with me or come here earlier."

Tim whispered, "You told me not to kiss you in front of them, but now you're kissing me. You're naughty"

Willy: "Yep. It's not my fault you're so cute."

Al: "Excuse me, we are here too. I think you forgot about our existence."

Willy didn't really remember his friends being there, watching all this. He will be really embarrassed to meet them tomorrow.

Logan: "Tim, is this your bar?"

Tim: "Yes, I just bought it."

Seb: "Why didn't you tell us?"

Tim: "I knew you wouldn't let me pay. I wanted you to be comfortable and safe, so I bought this bar. You can come anytime."

Willy doesn't like to be in debt to others. That's why he knew his friends would refuse too.

Tim: "I know you still want to give me back my money, but there's no need. You need the money more than I do. If you still want to return the money to me, then buy something for Willy, because I won't take it."

"Okay." Everyone agreed with him because there was no point in arguing.

Tim: "Then we will leave you. How are you going to get home?"

Ethan: "Don't worry about us, we'll take a taxi. Take care of Willy, he's very drunk."

Tim said goodbye to the others and helped Willy sit into the car.

Robert was waiting for Tim.

Robert: "What happened that made you want to meet so urgently?"

Tim: "Dean contacted me."

He showed the card sent by Dean. Robert took it out and examined it.

Robert: "I didn't think he was that stupid."

Tim: "He thinks I'm stupid. Hahaha. A stupid, spoiled, rich boy who knows nothing."

Robert: "You are really rich. I am even surprised how you made so much money."

Tim: "I robbed a bank."

They both laughed.

Tim: "Are our people ready? Remember what you promised me?"

Robert: "I remember my promise. Everything is ready."

Tim will do anything to protect the people he loves. That's why he made a deal with Robert years ago. He would protect the people dear to Tim, and Tim would help him.

Robert: "Be careful. Dean is very dangerous."

Tim: "I know, I've seen what he can do. I'll be careful. Years ago I was ready to sacrifice my own life, but now I have someone I want to be with for a long time."

Robert: "It's good. I know you won't do anything stupid now."

Tim covered his watch with his hand so that Robert wouldn't see it.

Tim: "You said you were my father. Then you should lend me money. That's what good fathers do."

Robert: "I'm a bad father. You'd better leave soon."

Tim: "Okay, I'll go. I won't joke anymore. You will be free from me soon."

This was their last case together. After the end of Dean's case, their agreement will be terminated. Tim will be free and will no longer have to live in constant fear. Robert will continue his work, but he will get rid of his main enemy. A few minor figures will remain, but that will be Robert's job. He will take care of them.

Their last case begins today. They are not nervous because they have been waiting for this moment for years.
