Zion Apartmen

After a while of cycling, they arrived at an apartment building that exuded a sense of elegance. The structure stood tall, its modern architecture gleaming in the soft twilight, hinting at the comfort and luxury that awaited inside

Zion dismounted from the bicycle and turned to Audrey with a smile. "Come on, Audrey. Let's go inside" he said, gesturing toward the inviting entrance of the apartment building

it was his wealthy and intimidating aunt who had recommended this apartment and paid for it. Although she and her husband were prominent figures in the capital

As they stepped through the doorway, the soft glow of the apartment's lights welcomed them inside. The space was tastefully decorated, with modern furnishings that exuded a sense of comfort and elegance.

"Wow, it's really nice here," Audrey said, her eyes widening as she took in the cozy living area. She felt a sense of excitement bubbling inside her.

Zion smiled, enjoying her reaction. "Thanks! Make yourself at home," he replied, gesturing for her to take a seat on the plush sofa.

As Audrey settled in, she couldn't help but feel a sense of warmth and safety enveloping her. The atmosphere was inviting, and she could sense that this was a space where meaningful moments could unfold.

Zion moved toward the kitchenette. "Can I get you something to drink? I have some juice and soda," he offered, glancing over his shoulder.

"Juice sounds great!" Audrey replied, her heart fluttering as she took in the comfortable surroundings and the closeness they had shared on their ride.

While Zion prepared the drinks, Audrey couldn't shake the feeling of happiness that surged within her. This evening felt special, like the beginning of something wonderful.

Meanwhile, in a grand house not far from the city, Audrey's father, a commanding man in his forties, paced with an air of authority. He was the most prominent figure in the city, known for his strong presence and unwavering leadership. "Why hasn't Audrey returned yet?" he asked the elderly but robust driver, Albert, who stood attentively in his black suit and tie.

Albert looked up, his expression calm and respectful. "Miss Audrey has been spending time with her friend, sir. I believe she will return shortly," he replied.

Furrowing his brow, Audrey's father felt a wave of concern wash over him. "She shouldn't be out too late. You know how I feel about her safety."

Albert nodded, understanding the weight of the matter. "Yes, sir. I assure you, she is in good hands. I will keep a watchful eye for her."

As he continued to pace, Audrey's father couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to his daughter's outing than met the eye. With the weight of his position and the stories circulating about the city, a deep unease settled within him, fueling his protective instincts.

Richard's thoughts turned to the phantoms—powerful beings with abilities that could easily overshadow the ordinary. Most people dismissed the tales as folklore, but he understood the reality behind them. As a man of influence and authority, he had encountered many secrets, and the existence of such entities weighed heavily on his mind.

Albert nodded, understanding the gravity of the matter. "Yes, sir. I assure you, she is in good hands. I will keep a watchful eye for her."

Unable to contain his worry any longer, Richard decided to call Audrey. The phone rang a few times before she answered, her voice bright but laced with curiosity.

"Dad, everything's fine! I'm just at Zion's apartment," she said honestly, giving him the location without hesitation.

Relief washed over Richard, though a flicker of concern remained. "Stay there for a little while longer, sweetheart. I'm sending Albert to pick you up," he instructed, his tone firm but gentle.

"Okay, Dad. I'll wait," Audrey replied, sensing the protectiveness in his voice.

After a moment of silence, Richard's curiosity got the better of him. "Who is this Zion?" he asked, his voice steady but edged with the protective instinct of a father.

Audrey sensed the seriousness in his tone and replied honestly, "Zion is my boyfriend, Dad. We just started dating yesterday."

Richard processed her words, a mix of emotions swirling within him. He appreciated her honesty but couldn't help feeling a surge of concern. "I see," he said, trying to keep his tone neutral. "Just remember to be cautious, Audrey. It's important to know who you're spending time with."

"I know, Dad. I promise he's really nice and treats me well," she assured him, trying to ease his worries.

Richard nodded, though the unease in his heart lingered. A day was hardly enough time to truly know someone, and he wanted to trust Audrey's judgment but couldn't shake the thought that the world around them held more dangers than she realized.
