"It's time to choose."
The bell rang, signalling the end of the time that was given to the participants to decide their song.
Rayen still didn't know which song to choose. Should he go for the one he could sing easily but might not suit him conceptually? Or the one he wasn't familiar with but matched his "charm" better?
He glanced at his sponsors, seeking confirmation. Harjun noticed his gaze and also scanned the people in the room.
"What do you think?" Harjun asked.
"My opinion hasn't changed," Sophie responded.
"Maybe as long as he could get the main vocalist part, he'll be fine," Miles added, retracting his earlier suggestion to pick the first song.
"How sure are we that he can get that?" Harjun pressed. "Remember? We failed to secure him a spot in the Vocal Unit."
"Just like you said..." Sophie replied, looking a bit guilty both from Harjun's words and what she was about to say. "Let's put our trust in Rayen-chii."
