The morning finally arrived and Doric woke Nyssa and Skia up. Seeing him up and about made them both so happy they began to cry.

"You're awake! Thank goodness I was so worried!" Nyssa embraced Doric's skull and held him tight.

Skia smiled stretched as she thought about all the trouble he put them through all day. "We made sure you were taken care of the entire time you were unconscious. I hope you feel better."

"I am feeling much better thanks, girls. I am just glad to be back with you two." Doric moved to the table in the living room which held the map for their next exploration. He rolled it open and began explaining the plan.

"I spent all night talking it over with Nil. He will be accompanying us since he knows the lay of the land much better than we do. I don't want to say this will be easy. But he is a very competent guy. I believe he will be able to pick up any slack we create.
