"Shazam!"
Hearing jade scream beside him, Jackie Chan was startled and abruptly turned his head, seeing the muscular man in a tight suit floating mid-air beside him. The gold lightning emblem on his chest and the billowing white cape made him seem lofty.
Especially the calm expression on his face, with a mischievous glint in his eyes, made him more recognizable.
Shazam!
Was this their powerful reinforcement?
While contemplating.
Intense blue lightning burst from within Shazam.
The lightning spread in all directions, instantly crushing all the surrounding Shadow Legion ninjas, and even pushed back daolong, who was contending in magic against the old man.
"What?"
The old man turned in surprise, looking at Shazam arrival. Far from feeling relieved, he was even more upset.
"This is the old man fight! Don't interfere!"
After saying this, he held up the dried gecko, chanted a spell again, and charged at daolong.
Suddenly, he paused, turned his head back to the others, and added:
"There one more thing."
"I just discovered that daolong summoning ritual hasn't been fully successful, so we still have a chance to stop him."
No sooner had he spoken than daolong, infuriated, engaged in combat with the old man.
Tru assisted the old man from the side.
Meanwhile, the others exchanged looks, with Jackie Chan and the rest overjoyed.
The summoning ritual wasn't fully successful?
There was still a chance to stop it!
The group immediately sprang into action. The Ghost Rider, Johnny, single-handedly held off Gan, Wen, Cui, and Shan, the four dark assassins, while Jackie Chan and the others dealt with what seemed like an endless number of dark legion ninjas.
jade rushed forward, shouting, helping Shazam by unleashing the power of the talismans, repelling many enemies.
Jackie Chan watched in astonishment.
It then dawned on him.
"jade, how did the talismans end up with you?"
"Ah?"
jade touched her head and chuckled sheepishly.
Shazam, known as the magical Superman, didn't pay attention to the conversations and actions of Jackie Chan and the others beside him.
He possessed the power to overwhelm the enemies in front of him.
Of course, these enemies were not very strong in themselves they were mostly annoying.
Fortunately, with Jackie Chan and others shielding him, he didn't need to act himself, so he quickly moved towards the space behind daolong.
That was where Constantine was.
In their shared memories, Constantine had already approached the altar of the summoning ritual. There, a surge of blood light covered the entire space, emitting a blinding brightness.
"This is the Hell Array!"
Constantine eyes sharpened.
Then.
He suddenly dodged to the side, avoiding an attack from behind.
Turning his head, he saw a bald man wearing a monocle, wielding a medieval-like sword, slashing fiercely from above down at him.
The sword cut through the air.
Missing Constantine nose by barely half a finger breadth, it landed heavily, then spun to stab horizontally towards Constantine chest.
Constantine stepped back to evade Strucker attack, then coldly regarded him.
"John Constantine, nice to meet you..."
Strucker was just beginning to introduce himself when Anton interrupted.
"I know you, Strucker, one of Hydra leaders."
Constantine spoke lightly: "Your predecessors, Alexander Pierce and Mitchell Carson, have already met their ends. It won't be long until it your turn."
"No, you are wrong."
Strucker said: "I will lead Hydra to dominate this world, making all you said into mere fanciful illusions."
"Just you?"
Constantine mocked while vigilantly surveying his surroundings.
He knew well that Strucker abilities were mediocre. Although he had some combat prowess, it wasn't significant in this era.
Strucker confidence surely stemmed from another reason.
For instance, Strucker subordinates were in this space, and he was certain that his subordinates could subdue his opponent.
"It them…"
A thought flashed through Constantine mind.
The next moment.
A nearly invisible blur shot across his vision, and he was struck hard, violently thrown against a nearby wall.
"Cough, cough, cough!"
Constantine coughed up a trace of blood, his expression grave as he looked around.
As he had expected.
The person who had just attacked was someone with abilities similar to the Flash, known as Quicksilver.
"Hahahaha."
Strucker burst into delighted laughter, his eyes fiercely fixed on Constantine before him.
"Didn't expect this, did you, John Constantine?"
He slowly began, his tone filled with pride and mockery: "Superpowers aren't just for superheroes. Hydra has them too."
Immediately after.
A man and a woman appeared by his side, looking as if they were waiting for orders.
The man hair was an unusual silver color, and the woman had a beautiful face with brown hair, her figure obscured by a large robe, details indistinct.
But Constantine recognized these two instantly.
Quicksilver and Wanda.
These two indeed put some pressure on Constantine.
But this pressure didn't exist for Shazam, nor did it exist in Anton heart.
"Strucker, quit daydreaming. Thinking just two superpowered individuals could defeat us, you're really underestimating us," Constantine taunted.
Suddenly, another voice came from behind Strucker.
Strucker spun around, only to see Shazam floating gently from the entrance.
"Shazam!"
Strucker face changed slightly he of course recognized Shazam.
At this time.
Outside this area, a chaotic battle ensued between Hydra and S.H.I.E.L.D., and daolong and District 13.
daolong, with his strong abilities, summoned dark assassins and the Shadow Legion ninjas, which Strucker greatly admired.
But he hadn't expected that daolong also couldn't stop Shazam.
This was completely different from the plan he and daolong had originally made.
It should be said, their plan had failed.
Strucker had misjudged the strength of their enemies. It wasn't that he underestimated Shazam power, but that he underestimated the capabilities of District 13.
"Constantine, leave this to me."
Shazam glanced at Constantine, who had just gotten up from the ground, and said calmly, "I'll handle them."
"Alright."
Constantine nodded, turned his back to Strucker, Quicksilver, and Wanda, and walked towards the altar emitting a dazzling red light.
"Quicksilver, stop him!"
Strucker face was grim.
He could see the disdain Shazam and Constantine had for him.
It made him furious.
Quicksilver obediently flashed quickly, rushing towards Constantine.
However.
Shazam had anticipated his move.
With a slight raise of his hand, he summoned countless bolts of lightning, which burst from the void and heavily struck down around Constantine.
Caught off guard, Quicksilver collided head-on with the lightning and was violently thrown back.
"Pietro!"
Wanda cried out anxiously, her anger causing her to use her superpowers without waiting for Strucker command.
Driven by her willpower, a mass of blood-red energy spread out like mist, enveloping Shazam in mid-air.
Shazam, unfazed, knew exactly what he was facing.
Chaos magic!
Wanda was a natural-born chaos magician, capable of manipulating matter and altering reality.
Of course, for Wanda at this moment, she could at most manipulate matter altering reality was still far beyond her reach.
However, Strucker and Wanda themselves obviously overestimated the so-called power of matter manipulation and underestimated Shazam strength.
At this point, Wanda level of manipulation posed no threat to Shazam.
Not even a slight one.
Amidst Wanda screams and her all-out effort, Shazam, floating in mid-air, only felt as if someone was pulling at him. This force seemed strong, but was ineffectual and dry, unable to affect him in any way.
It important to note that Shazam possesses nearly limitless strength, even comparable to Superman.
Similarly, Shazam is immune to various forms of physical attacks, with resistance on par with Superman.
Additionally, Shazam can move and fly at incredible speeds, including through space.
These are the reasons he is known as the magical Superman.
And so, such a powerful Shazam, would he really be moved by the just-awakened Wanda chaos magic manipulation abilities?
Clearly not.
Despite Wanda extremely powerful potential in the Marvel universe, it represents the potential of her abilities, not her current combat effectiveness.
At this time, Wanda had not fully matured and couldn't possibly compare with Shazam.
Even after the events of "Avengers: Endgame," a matured Wanda facing the current Shazam might still not be able to genuinely contend with him.
"How can this be?"
At this moment, Wanda, having triggered all her powers, watched as the red energy representing her abilities enveloped Shazam in front of her but failed to impact him in any way, leaving her extremely shocked and disheartened.
Not just Wanda was incredulous, but also Strucker beside her.
"Shazam..."
Strucker stared blankly at Shazam, who was swept up by Wanda magical powers yet remained completely indifferent, his face and eyes showing an indescribable shock.
Meanwhile.
Quicksilver, who had been struck by lightning and then got up, also witnessed this scene.
He was well aware of Wanda abilities.
Now, seeing Shazam unaffected by Wanda powers, having just effortlessly blocked his own actions, realizing that his own extreme speed seemed not to exceed Shazam dynamic vision and movements, he suddenly became acutely aware of the gap between them and their opponents.
"The Justice League..."
He took a deep breath and clenched his fist.
"The Justice League is so powerful."
Quicksilver instantly understood why their adversary, Tony Stark superhero team, had been defeated by the Justice League.
At the same time, he felt a bit of schadenfreude.
Tony Stark faced such formidable competitors the mental pressure he must be under was nothing short of a disaster.
In the Justice League, Shazam was just one member there were many more powerful beings like Cyborg, Green Arrow, Wonder Woman, Superman, and Batman, among others.
Did Hydra really have a future against such foes?
The thought flashed through his mind.
"It seems your abilities are just that."
A soft voice spread.
Shazam expression remained calm, a simple gesture from him causing the three from Hydra expressions to change dramatically.
"Damn!"
"Run!"
Quicksilver, looking at Wanda and Strucker, let out a cry of alarm.
Having just endured a lightning strike and gained more insight into Shazam power, seeing Shazam actions and realizing he was about to get serious, an unprecedented fear surged in his heart, and his pride as a superpowered being vanished.
"Gulp!"
Strucker swallowed hard, the fear not needing Quicksilver reminder to fill every corner of his mind.
"No, you go first."
Wanda was clear even if they ran, they couldn't all escape.
Among them, the one most likely to get away from Shazam was naturally the speed-abled Quicksilver.
With Quicksilver speed, even if Shazam tried to stop him, it would take some effort.
"Still have time to worry about others?"
Shazam coldly looked at Wanda in front of him.
Currently, Wanda was just a puppet under Hydra control, although she might be turned into a positive character in the future, for now, they were enemies.
And given the current hostility of Wanda and Quicksilver, it wasn't likely that a simple conversation would convert them now.
If he was to bring them in, it would be as captives first.
As for Strucker...
Shazam gaze shifted, landing on the bald man with the monocle, his cold smile deepening.
As he thought, he waved his hand abruptly.
Swoosh, swoosh, swoosh, swoosh!
Countless bolts of lightning emerged from the void, the overwhelming power covering the entire space, shredding the blood-red light within the altar.
Strucker was pierced by one bolt of lightning after another. He didn't even have time to make a sound before he was torn apart by the lightning force, his body disintegrating into ash.
"This!"
Wanda, standing beside Strucker, revealed intense horror in her eyes. She collapsed to the ground, watching the chaotic lightning around her, terrified that touching even one might end her in the same fate as Strucker.
"Wanda!"
Quicksilver dashed through the lightning, using his speed ability to dodge the strikes, and quickly approached Wanda, hoping to carry her away.
"You seem to be taking me a little too lightly."
Shazam voice, like that of the Grim Reaper, echoed again near Quicksilver ear.
Then, a hand landed on Quicksilver shoulder.
"What?!"
Quicksilver expression was one of disbelief.
Even with his speed, he had been caught up with.
How could Shazam also be this fast?
"You!"
Quicksilver turned his head, looking at the man beside him, his eyes filled with uncontainable terror.
"Surrender, and I can spare your lives!"
Shazam spoke calmly.
As he spoke, he dissipated the chaotic lightning magic that filled the space from the void.
Wanda was curled up in a corner, shivering but unharmed.
Quicksilver breathed a sigh of relief.
"Speaking of which, you seem to have forgotten about me."
Suddenly, Constantine voice rang out.
Shazam, Quicksilver, and Wanda all turned their heads, only to see Constantine holding a red-skinned baby with goat horns, standing in the center of the altar, his expression helpless.
"Huh?"
Shazam skimmed through Constantine memories, his usually calm face showing a look of surprise.
"This little guy... is the Baron of Hell?!"
