Arthur and Lyra set off immediately, determined to track down Lord Ravenswood and bring him to justice. They moved swiftly and silently, their footsteps echoing through the dark, deserted corridors of the castle.
As they walked, Arthur couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. Lord Ravenswood was a cunning and ruthless opponent, and Arthur knew that he would stop at nothing to achieve his goals.
But Arthur was not afraid. He was determined to protect the kingdom and its people, and he was willing to do whatever it took to bring Lord Ravenswood to justice.
After a few minutes of walking, they arrived at the castle gates. The guards were surprised to see them, but they quickly stepped aside to let them pass.
"Have you seen Lord Ravenswood?" Arthur asked the guards.
One of them nodded. "Yes, Your Highness. He was seen leaving the castle about an hour ago. He was riding a black horse, and he was headed towards the forest."
Arthur nodded, his mind racing with possibilities. "Thank you," he said. "We'll be back soon."
And with that, Arthur and Lyra set off towards the forest, determined to track down Lord Ravenswood and bring him to justice.
As they rode, the forest grew darker and more menacing. The trees seemed to loom over them, casting long, ominous shadows on the ground.
Arthur and Lyra rode in silence, their eyes scanning the forest for any sign of Lord Ravenswood. They knew that they had to be careful, that Lord Ravenswood was a cunning and ruthless opponent who would stop at nothing to achieve his goals.
But Arthur was not afraid. He was determined to protect the kingdom and its people, and he was willing to do whatever it took to bring Lord Ravenswood to justice.
After a few hours of riding, they came across a clearing. In the center of the clearing was a large, black horse, its saddle and bridle gleaming in the moonlight.
Arthur's eyes narrowed. "That's Lord Ravenswood's horse," he said. "He must be nearby."
Lyra nodded, her eyes scanning the clearing. "I'll go and look around," she said. "See if I can find any sign of him."
Arthur nodded, his eyes fixed on the horse. "Be careful," he said. "Lord Ravenswood is not to be underestimated."
And with that, Lyra slipped off into the darkness, leaving Arthur to guard the horse and wait for her return.
As he waited, Arthur couldn't help but feel a sense of unease.
And so, he waited, his eyes fixed on the horse, his ears straining to hear any sound of Lyra's return.
But as the minutes ticked by, Arthur began to feel a sense of unease. Lyra had been gone for too long, and Arthur was starting to worry.
And then, just as he was starting to get really worried, Lyra emerged from the darkness, her eyes gleaming with excitement.
"I've found him," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "He's hiding in a nearby cave. But we have to be careful. He's not alone."
Arthur's eyes narrowed. "Who's with him?" he asked.
Lyra hesitated, her eyes glancing nervously around the clearing. "I'm not sure," she said. "But I think it might be...the sorcerer."
Arthur's eyes widened in shock. The sorcerer? Here? In the forest?
And then, just as he was starting to process this information, Arthur heard a faint rustling in the underbrush.
He turned to Lyra, his eyes locked on hers. "Get behind me," he whispered. "Now."
And with that, Arthur drew his sword, ready to face whatever dangers lay ahead.
