Entering the izakaya, countless young ladies immediately surrounded Lucifer and Cavendish.
As they gazed at them, little hearts appeared in their eyes.
There's no way around it: Lucifer and Cavendish are handsome men, rare and exceptional, with great temperaments, strong builds, good looks, and an air of extravagance that is hard to resist.
No beauty could possibly turn away from such charm.
As for Guy, it's another story.
It's unfortunate, but his appearance doesn't help.
Not only does he have goat-like horns on his head, but his face is also far from calm and composed like Lucifer's or Cavendish's. Instead, he looks much more wretched.
Watching Lucifer and Cavendish surrounded by beauties, Guy gritted his teeth in jealousy.
"Looks impressive, huh?"
"How wealthy must they be?"
Lucifer only wants to say that being rich is indeed impressive.
Not only is he rich, but he's also handsome, destined to be the envy and resentment of countless men!
That night, Lucifer used his gentleness, kindness, good looks, and wealth to heal countless young ladies who had been hurt by life. He gave them a glimpse of the beauty of this world.
When Lucifer left, all these young ladies were left as rich wives, without exception.
Lucifer is generous, spending money like a king.
When he left, the proprietress of the izakaya almost knelt down to beg him to stay.
A man so handsome, generous, and rich—she had never met anyone like him in ten years.
It was a pity to see him go.
Unfortunately, Lucifer has a big heart, and he won't be tied down by any girl.
The vast sea is his true destination.
"Hey, Guy, what's going on with you?"
"Twisting your waist?"
Lucifer looked at Guy, who was walking against the wall, and shook his head.
"You're weak. You really need to start exercising!"
"That's right, Guy," Cavendish added. "You need to learn from me and the captain. Only through regular training can you be strong when it counts!"
Cavendish adjusted his hair with a proud face.
"Are you kidding me? Is this uncle really going to lie?"
"I didn't even try my best, okay?"
But Guy's words trailed off abruptly. He shivered, his legs weakened, and he cringed.
"Okay, I haven't rested after practicing all night. I should go back and take a break."
"Although this kind of practice is exhausting, it's great for building willpower. We need to do it more in the future."
"Captain Lucifer is right. I agree completely."
Cavendish nodded enthusiastically.
"Alright, it's time to head back. Baby5 and Enel must have been waiting for a while."
Lucifer adjusted his luxurious robe and said seriously.
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
Just as Lucifer and the others were leaving Flower Street for the port, a barrage of artillery fire suddenly erupted in the distance.
"Pirates! Pirates are coming!"
"There's a fight between pirates!"
"Run!"
The residents of the street fled in panic. Fear spread across the island, soon reaching Flower Street.
The girls in the izakaya immediately hid, closing the doors behind them, too afraid to stay outside.
"Hey, hey, isn't this Whitebeard's territory? Pirates are daring to cause trouble here?"
Cavendish looked around at the panicked crowd, surprised.
Lucifer flashed a playful smile. "This is getting interesting. Let's go check it out!"
With a flutter of his devil wings, Lucifer soared into the sky and shot toward the port of Sakura Flower Island like a shadow.
"Captain, wait for us!" Cavendish yelled.
But he quickly stopped and turned back after a few steps. He noticed Guy was still holding onto the wall, panting.
"Hey, is Guy okay? We're leaving you behind."
"Alright, go ahead, I'll catch up. I... forgot my wallet at the izakaya. I need to go back and get it."
Cavendish stared at him with a pair of dead fish eyes, as if he were looking at a fool.
"Are you serious? You left your wallet at the izakaya? What a ridiculous excuse. Even a three-year-old wouldn't believe that."
"I really admire you," Cavendish muttered as he grabbed Guy and teleported toward the port.
Lucifer was already moving fast. He reached the port in less than a minute.
The Nether was docked on the shore.
Whoosh! A gust of wind whipped by as Lucifer landed on the mast of the Nereus.
Enel, sitting on the mast, was munching on an apple, watching the show with casual interest.
Baby5, Weibull, Jack, and others stood at the bow, watching the ongoing battle at sea.
"Ah, the captain is back?" Jack asked with a mischievous grin.
"Captain, that's not fair. You didn't take us with you during yesterday's training."
"We want to get stronger too."
"Right, next time, you have to bring us along."
Enel nodded in agreement with Jack.
"Alright, we'll talk about future training later. Let's focus on the current situation first."
Lucifer waved his hand, his attention already on the sea.
As soon as he reached the port, he spotted two pirate ships engaged in battle.
The ship at the front was damaged and moving slowly, while the one behind it was gaining ground quickly.
The pirate ship chasing the other had a very distinctive flag—Lucifer immediately recognized it as the symbol of the Beasts Pirates, Kaido's crew.
"I should've known. Who else would dare stir up trouble on Whitebeard's turf? It's Kaido's people."
Kaido's crew was known for their impulsiveness, recklessness, and violent personalities. They didn't fear Whitebeard's authority, and it made sense for them to be the ones causing trouble here.
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
The two ships continued to exchange fire, damaging each other.
Several shells missed and landed on the port, blowing up buildings in the process.
"Beasts Pirates have stronger artillery, but it's still unclear who will win this battle," Lucifer said, activating his Observation Haki to lock onto the pirates' movements.
Boom!
A gunshot rang out, and a pirate on the Beasts Pirates ship was shot in the head, collapsing.
"This is the twenty-first one," Lucifer muttered as he watched the sniper from the opposing ship.
In less than a minute after Lucifer arrived, the sniper had fired 21 shots in a row, each hitting a headshot on a Beasts Pirates member.
The ships were more than 2,000 meters apart, and the pirate ship was still moving, making this an impressive feat.
Lucifer's Observation Haki also sensed that the sniper was injured, yet he kept shooting accurately despite the odds.
"Not bad," Lucifer mused, his eyes lighting up.
The battle raged on with loud shouts and more artillery fire.
"Damn it, hurry up!"
"He's hurt! He's going to die soon!"
The pirates on the Beasts ship were frantic.
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
Finally, after a series of explosions, the fleeing pirate ship was sunk and turned into a fiery inferno.
But in the sea of flames, a figure jumped out.
He stumbled through the air, barely managing to land on the shore. He spat blood from his mouth as he clutched his chest, clearly severely injured.
But despite the pain, he didn't beg for mercy. Instead, he kept looking for an opportunity to strike back.
Boom!
Another shot rang out, and another pirate from the pursuing ship was shot in the head, collapsing.
"Sharp," Lucifer commented, impressed. Despite being badly injured and unsteady, the sniper's skill was remarkable.
If he were at full health, his accuracy would be even more terrifying.
Whoosh!
Just then, a shadow appeared in the sky, landing on the shore, and a flash of cold light appeared. The vacuum slash cut through three buildings at the port in an instant.
