The girls huddled around me with a miscellaneous hash of makeup, creams and lotions. A brunette dressed in lavender sheath dress did my makeup. It felt like I was some sort of gorgeous celebrity which stepped out of a magazine even though I had never gone on a full face of make up.
Who am I kidding? I never went for my high school prom!
When the brunette, Morgan was done, it felt like I was looking at someone else. Not your everyday Sophia. The only thing that made me feel like that was me was my hazel eyes which glowed back at me. Apart from my eyes, it felt like a whole new woman was staring at me. She was the epitome of the word beauty. Way beautiful than most of the women I had seen in my life.
Even way prettier than Bre.
She was me.
