I woke up with a migraine pounding at the back of my head. The sun rays streamed into my eyelids, making me raise my head off the lush white pillows.
“Ugh!” I groaned as the memories of last night embraced me. I and Morris had a couple of dances, had shots (a lot at that) and even kissed? All I know, it was the most messed up night in the eighteen years of my life. I threw my legs off the bed, subsequently battling with my hangover. I was still in my beige mermaid dress from last night. I carefully slipped out the dress, searching for my pajamas. It wouldn't hurt to be like my Dad in the hygiene sense honestly.
A poignant knock came through the door. I wrapped my arms over my bare bosoms. “Um, who is it?”
