Carla drank a glass of orange juice from Henry. The cold taste quenched her thirst. Carla felt relieved because she could still rest now.
Henry decided to sit next to Carla. He took a moment to breathe, to relieve his feelings. Not long after, he turned to Carla.
“At least a glass of this juice can relieve our feelings. How about you right now?” Henry said, he tried to talk to Carla.
“Yes, a little calmer. At least my tiredness has gone a little,” Carla said, she gave the answer.
Carla no longer replied. She chose to just stay silent, and look out the door. Outside, the sun was currently blazing hot. The afternoon was so bright especially with the ocean that looked so sparkling when hit by the sunlight.
“It seems like it's going to be a really hot afternoon. It's unusual for us not to take a nap,” Carla said, she started to change the conversation with Henry.
