Meanwhile George, the Prime Minister, was meeting with his staff to discuss the vassal state proposals.
The proposals that George initially prepared were merely meant to humor their king. George and his staff expected those proposals to be rejected. But even if King Titus accepted, the kingdom would be a vassal state in name only. It would be a fact they could hide, and it would cost them very little.
Now George has a much better understanding of the situation.
"This is absurd! Why would we even consider such a thing?" Said a member of George's staff.
"Don't you see!?" Exclaimed George to his staff. "We are already conquered! I'm sure he could kill us all at any moment, single-handedly. He commands the fairies as well, I'm sure I need not remind you of the legends of fairy brutality."
"I'm sure those legends are exaggerated. How could anyone be so powerful?" said another member of the staff.
