Pain was my new reality.
It replaced everything, time, thought, even the sound of my own breathing. There was no past, no future, only the agony coursing through my body like fire.
I don't know how long I have been like this. I pass out, they stop. The minute I wake up, they continue.
It was the same thing over and over again, my body had become so attuned to it. The second I wake up, I shut down and expect the pain.
Right now, it is the same as before. I was awake after a vigorous session the night before.
I couldn't see. The blindfold over my eyes was tight, pressing into my skin, making it impossible to see anything still. At this point, I was so sure that I was blind.
The same second that he removed it to reveal himself, he put it back right after and it had been stuck to my eyes ever since.
