Sunday arrived much faster after Daniel hired the security. He had purchased a five bedroom secluded villa since his two bedroom apartment was now becoming cramped with people.

He had also gone over few drills with the guys and even joined them at the range when practicing. He wasn't going to sit around relying on people to protect him afterall heaven helps those who help themselves.

Daniel made his way to the drive way dressed in a black shoe, black trousers,a red shirt and a black trench coat. The security guys were just dressed in regular jeans tshirts and sneakers. They were also wearing armor plate vests. Each of them carried a rifle and a sidearm, even Daniel was equipped with a side arm.

They then made their way over to the cafe where Daniel and Marissa first had their first encounter. Daniel went in alone while the guards stayed outside. After some minutes Marisa showed up inside with a man in his early to late fifties.

They exchanged pleasantries and she introduced the man as Harris Nielsen, the director of acquisitions and it was him who had authorisation to make these deals.

Without any further delay, they exchanged their documents and started to proofread to make sure that they were fool proof.

After about thirty minutes of reading and finding no faults they signed the documents.

The documents gave Transcorp twenty percent of Balerion cigars in exchange for §20 billion, eighty percent of JJX construction shares and two percent of Transcorp.

After the share transfer it now turned out that Daniel had a total of eighty five percent of JJX construction shares, leaving ten percent for the Transcorp executives and five percent in circulation.

When Daniel arrived at the villa the first thing he did was to place buy orders for the circulating shares using the KNEIF account.

KNEIF incorporated was valued about §25 billion in cash and assets while Balerion acquisitions was valued close to §70 billion.

With this amount of money Daniel could just sit on his ass all day and do nothing for the rest of his life. But Daniel chose not to his goal was to have a hand in everyone's pie.

By the opening of the market everywhere was in an uproar, someone had swallowed the circulating JJX construction shares. There were different speculation on who it was behind KNEIF incorporated, some said that it was the government, others claimed that it was foreign investors and so on.

Daniel on the other hand was at the bank to pay them back their loan, he didn't even use the money because all he did was to transfer it from one account to another. If one looked closely, you could say that he actually brought his shares for just §100 million.

After paying off his debt he decided to explore the city after all there was nothing important that he was doing , the factory had increased production, he had even authorized that all 20 acres of land that he converted was to be used as farmland.

Daniel was just driving around with just two guards, the others were at the villa.

He then asked they guy driving " so Mike do you have any of you army guys that are looking for work?"

" Yes boss , there are many that are searching for jobs , you know how it is with veterans no one wants to hire them for regular jobs " Mike replied.

Daniel sighed deeply and then asked him to invite some of his colleagues and friends over later for an interview.

After driving for a while the nice houses , apartments and offices started giving way to old dilapidated buildings , abandoned buildings and even shacks. The was the slum of Aines city also known as ' Sol'.

Daniel felt pity for people who lived in that area , even back on earth people who came from areas like this were often discriminated against, couldn't find jobs and even had to turn to a life of crime.

He looked around and could see homeless people sitting and loitering about aimlessly.

Daniel thought long and hard about how to help these people and in turn line his pockets afterall there was nothing like free food.

As he was still thinking, he saw Daddy V hanging out at a street corner. Of all times that he knew Daddy V he didn't for once ask about his life outside school.

Daniel directed the driver to pull up close to where Daddy V was standing, he then rolled down his window and called out to him.

Daddy v was very surprised to see Daniel, added with the fact that he was in a very expensive car.

Daniel then invited Daddy V into the car to talk. Daniel already knew the reason why Daddy v was loitering about jobless, apart from the fact that he was in technical class, it also had to do with where he lived.

" I have work for you bro, you shouldn't be loitering about so you don't fall into trouble" Daniel said.

Daddy v then thought for a moment before replying " so what is the job"

" I need information, just like how we did in school . I need to know even the tiniest details about Sol." Daniel answered. He then reached into his pocket and brought out a wad of cash , about §20k and handed it to Daddy V together with a card with his number and address.

He then asked Mike to drive to the city hall. When they arrived , he asked for directions to the department of housing, this was the place incharge of Sols real estate because no realtor companies felt like it was worth a shot to invest in the place , not that he blamed them anyway.

He sat in the office where he was directed for over thirty minutes and he he was slowly losing his patience before a man in his late forties with a balding head and coffee stains attended to him. The man gave Daniel a catalogue of buildings to chose from and Daniel chose ten apartment buildings or what people in the area knew as section 8. They were just simple housing with a living room ,one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

Daniels plan was to renovate this buildings to be at least two bedrooms in each apartment so he decided to experiment with this ten buildings. And considering that no one even wanted the properties Daniel bought them for dirt cheap , about a million for each seven floor apartment buildings coming to the Total of § 10 million.

Daniel quickly signed the necessary documents and wrote a check for the amount. All transactions were done under Balerion Acquisitions of course.

But Daniel knew that with the kind of moves he was making, sooner than later he would enter the public eye.

He then called the office of JJX construction CEO to book an appointment for the next day.

And so just like that he had turned a free day into a very busy day.
