Zahara barged out of the hall, not caring about the eyes on her. She kept running, going through the hallway and toward her cabin.
'Just why do have to do it?!'
She kept asking that question in her mind, expecting Alex would answer her even though she knew that it wasn't possible. She had run away from him—not even hearing his apology.
Alex really did feel sorry when Theron's words made him realize what he had done.
His mind was just too occupied with the thought of what could've happened to Sophie. She was one of the two people Alex couldn't even see a scratch on.
Only his mother and Sophie being in danger could make him lose his mind, and even though he knew that it was an obvious weakness, he didn't care. He had already lost one brother in his past life, even though he didn't have this so-called weakness.
