My Surprise, Charles was just flirting with Penelope at the end of the hall, and he's already at the Secret Soldier Training Facility?


But on second thought, Charles was nowhere to be found when Penelope ran back up to the second floor to find Charles, who was most likely leaving through the back door of Packhouse to get to the training facility before Madelyn and I arrived.


If I was just a little angry when I saw Charles flirting with Penelope, I'm a  hundred times angrier now when I see Charles at the training facility.
