66. Mama Titanosaurian

Nytri unsummons her clones and summons them again. "Guys, let's show it whose boss." The clones grin and charge at the bug queen which is now all alone against an army of 40,000. It has 12 long legs which can even reach its back, the golems are attacking from above and below it with cannons as the automata use blades. Nytri climbs up its hind legs and runs to its head as she uses abyss fire spear to pierce its eyes. *KREEE*

The clones turn the ground which is about 200 meters wide into ice causing the bug to slip and fall. Nytri uses her great axe and takes out one of its eyes. Nytri is moving though her army so the bug can't pinpoint her exact location and attack. Some clones use their wings and use webs to restrain the movements of the bug as the rest dealt heavy damage to it. They ski on the ice and use it to gather momentum and attack the bug.

*SKREEEE* The bug enters a frenzy state and attacks haphazardly but the clones keep restraining it and they beat it up. The golems and automata step back and use range attacks since the bug is moving too quickly for them to follow but Nytri and the undead gods can keep up. Blood spears, dark dust, rain of bones, life siphon. Many attacks hit the poor bug as it tries to fight back but misses them all.

They communicate with telepathy and know what each other is thinking. Clone4 is hovering, "This thing is quite durable." She uses abyss fire and sprays it all over it. The bug turns to flee.

Clone16 is in heavy armor behind the bug, "Don't let it get away! We need to finish it off!" A barrage of attack hit it continuously until the bug starts to weaken even further.

 Clone23 has spear, "We've got this!" she shouts to the clones. "Just a little more!"

Clone30 makes a very large spear, powerful spear but hides on the battlefield. She moves behind the insect queen aiming the spear up its ass. The spear is improved with rockets as it could fly at its target. She sends the spear up the ass of the bug. *SKREE?! SKREEEEEE!!*

Finally, the Matriarch let out a final cry and collapse to the ground, defeated. Nytri and her clones stand victorious, covered in dirt, but with big smiles on their faces. After the fight, they are all catching their breath and patting each other on the back. Nytri smiles, "Great job, everyone! We really pulled through on that one."

Clone17 is exhausted, "I never would have thought we could take down something as powerful as the Dread Matriarch, but we did it! Though after the first monster weakened it."

Nytri smiles, "That's the power of teamwork. We all worked together to bring it down."

Clone12 stares at her, "….It's awkward when you say teamwork. We're the same person.''

Nytri dodges the comment and brings out the panzer, "Oh right before I forget, get the corpses which seem valuable. I'm certain I can absorb it and grow stronger." The automata move across the corpses and Nytri waits. Nytri turns towards clone30, "Hey, why did you stab the Dread Matriarch in the butt? Hehehehahaha" Nytri laughs with the clones.

Clone11 looks up laughing. "What? Why would you do that?" She's flying upside down.

Clone30 replies. "Hey, she was opened. We had to take the opportunity." She shrugs.

Nytri couldn't help but laugh along with them. "Okay, fair enough. I guess you gotta do what you gotta do in battle." They all laughed and joked around for a while, celebrating their victory. Nytri drives the panzer back to the bunker as laughter could still be heard in the panzer.

Nytri arrives at the bunker then receives an alarm from her base, she jumps down and rushes inside the bunker to the Variant in charge. The ground shakes. "WHAT'S WRONG?" It shows her a screen as Nytri pales at the sight on it. "W….W…..W…..Why….Why's that thing coming here?" The infant Titanosaurian is coming to the bunker. "It must have followed me here from such a long distance."

The Variant asks, "Should we activate our defenses?"

Nytri shakes her head, "No that thing is too powerful and has a parent. Even we activated our defenses we'll only delay it, it's that strong."

Nytri rushed to the entrance of the bunker, ready to face the infant Titanosaurian head on, her heart beating rapidly in her chest. "I hope it's just passing by. That thing's mother is probably around here somewhere, I'd rather avoid this encounter if I can." The infant Titanosaurian still walks closer as it roars *ROOAARRR*. Nytri doesn't know if to fight or run, she is stuck at her spot until the infant Titanosaurian is only 60meters before her. Silence descends on the land, no sound from Nytri or her army. The infant Titanosaurian stands still watching them.

Nytri sees that no movement is going to happen soon, she rushes into the bunker to the Variants. "Pack everything! We're leaving!" Alarm blares in the bunker. "What now?!" an earthquake shakes the bunker, Nytri is shocked by this as it's the first time today that she's experienced earthquakes and this making it twice. "The ground is shaking? This has never happened before." With fright creeping up on her, she rushes out of the bunker and stands before it.

Everything is shaking as the mountain the bunker was built under starts to move. Nytri is focused on the infant Titanosaurian then a Variant (Blue pale girl) pulls Nytri's jacket, she turns around to see the mountain rising. Nytri's back feels cold as she stares at the mountain rising with dust and rocks falling from it.

Clone18 stares, "T….This can't be real. The entire mountain range is moving?!" the mountain before them isn't only moving as the mountains behind it also moves.

Clone7 falls on her butt shaking, "W…W…..What does this mean?".

Nytri looks back at the Infant Titanosaurian and at the mountain. "I…It's the mother." The mountain stands on its feet reaching 700 meters or more as it raises its head high. The tail glows red all the way to its chest then head releasing a powerful breath attack into the skies *WHOOOHHH* it paints it red.

Clone23 shakes, "Damn. We're in trouble."

Clone7 tries to reassure them, "We need to stay calm, remember our training."

Clone6 points at it, "How can you train for this?!"

Clone21 grips her jacket, "Either way panicking won't solve anything." Nytri stares at the Mama Titanosaurian as it looks down at her. That stare…..it shakes her so much she couldn't even breathe as she stares right into its eyes. The Mother Titanosaurian shrinks but Nytri didn't notice since the giant head is still staring into her eyes.

Then Nytri hears a feminine voice. "Little one. Can you understand me?" Nytri freezes, her mind blank as the voice repeats. "Little one, don't be afraid. I won't harm you."

Nytri's thoughts, "Like heck I'm not, I'm getting nightmares after this." As she speaks back to it although still shaky. "Y…..Y…yes, I can understand you." The mother Titanosaurian continues to speak, "I have been watching you for some time, little one. You've impressed me with how you have survived this place. I have never seen one of your kind but I can tell this place is not your home."

Nytri is taken aback as her thoughts, "I knew I lived among monsters but I never thought I'd gain the interest on another." Then she says to it, "T…Thank you. But why're you here?"

The Mother Titanosaurian chuckles, "I live here. Though I'm showing myself to offer you a proposition."

Nytri speaks to the Variants through DATA LAKE. "Are done packing? Get ready to run if it asks me to get inside its mouth." Nytri then speaks to it, "What kind of proposition?"

The mother Titanosaurian smiles? Or something like a smile. "I would like to make you family." A Variant packing metalware slips and falls in the bunker.

Nytri shakes her head at the unexpectedly bizarre request. "I'm sorry, WHAT?!"

The Mother Titanosaurian chuckles, "I know it's a lot to take in, but I have grown attached to you. You are a baby and I'd like to take you in."

Nytri's thoughts, "So this thing's motherly instinct kicked in for me. I think it's what it's called from the books."

Nytri keeps staring at it as the mother Titanosaurian continues. "Don't worry about it. I'll protect you and make you one of my own, my kin, my child." She couldn't tell if Nytri is male or female, she's never seen a human before.

Nytri takes a deep breath in, her thoughts. "Surviving is my top priority." Then she bows her head and replies. "I'd be honored to be a part of your family."

The face of the mother Titanosaurian moves…its smiling. It seems happy, after a few seconds it finally remembers something. "Oh I almost forgot. Meet your big brother." The Infant Titanosaurian walks up to Nytri as it roars happily swinging its tail *ROAR!*

Nytri looks at the infant confused. "My big brother?"

The infant Titanosaurian replies in her head, "Yes that's me." Though it is facing a clone while it said that.

The mother Titanosaurian heaves a sigh, "Have fun children, we will start travelling in a while." Then the huge mountain lies back down in its original position though it could now be seen.

Nytri's thoughts, "I figured out why the monsters never got close." She gives a wry smile as the Infant Titanosaurian scoops a clone.

Clone18 is flustered, "Waow waow, high, pretty high." She is lifted up and the infant Titanosaurian stares at her while smiling.

Clone16 stands frozen, "So this entire time we lived under that? Did anyone see this coming?"

Clone12 sighs, "I always thought the monster that kept the other monsters away lived on this mountain not the actual mountain being the monster." They smile wryly and Clone16 leaves to the bunker.

Nytri still couldn't fathom this, "I guess I gotta be prepared for the unexpected."

Clone21 shrugs, "I still can't believe we stabbed a bug in the ass." They burst into laughter as they split up to do their tasks.
