Chapter 127 Book 3 Unknown Enemy
When Li An and her team arrived at Duan Village, the sun barely peeked over the mountains. They had left behind a landscape of ice and death, where the avalanche had buried thousands of beasts and man-beasts beneath tons of snow and rock. Elevated platforms allowed the Duan warriors to stand at vantage points with bows and spears in hand. Despite their preparation, tension still hung thick in the air.
