Time started to pass by, an hour after another and a day after another. Mary, Ase, Sacha, and Arachne lived in the blue manor, nursing Shin who opened his eyes even once. The morning comes and Sacha walks into Shin's room, opens the curtains, and checks on him. After a few more minutes Arachne comes in with Ase to change his bandages and check on the wound. Mary would then come with a bit of clear soup to feed him whatever she could.

Magic could heal wounds, but it uses nutrition from the body to re-construct flesh. With how wounded Shin is, trying to heal him at once with magic would only kill him of starvation in seconds.

The city lord came to visit once, Mary greeted him and Arachne looked a bit displeased. Luckily he didn't stay for long, leaving minutes after his arrival, only drinking a cup of coffee and wishing them health.
