As they had planned, on the weekend Claire and Fein went back to Claire's parents' house to tell them about Claire's current situation.

Not only did they invite Fein's parents to go there, Valerie and Joey were invited to be there as well. Claire said that he wanted a family lunch. So he invited them to come to his family home.

"Why did you invite the others to eat here all of a sudden?" Vin asked her son.

"Is that wrong, Mom? I just wanted us to get together again as usual. The last time we got together was when Val and Joey got married. We haven't had a meal together with Joey as part of our family either," Claire replied as he helped his mother cook in the kitchen.

"Mom knows that. But if we invite the Fein family too, I'm afraid they'll feel confused because Joey is also with us."

However, Claire said that they definitely wouldn't mind after he told the others something important.
