Kai is a gnome, Lin is a fairy.

Kai is an SSS ranked adventurer who wants to retire after saving the world more times than he can count.

Lin is an SSS ranked necromancer who hopes to sacrifice the world to get his brethren back into the realm of the living.

They will both try to bullshit the other. 

The question is: Will they be able to guard their hearts well enough to achieve that which they desire?

But, to be honest, a fairy apocalypse is still better than the hamster one two weeks ago, or so Kai tells himself.

And Lin... 

Lin is Lin, he tries to be evil, but how could he, when he sounds like someone, who had been inhaling helium instead of air?

The thing about Time being put through the Trial, was, that it was pointless. Still, the aged spirit needed to put in a token effort for the goblin and the gnome.

The demonic murder muffin was surely in the clear, for no one expected a being who was born to the Lord of Chaos to be anything but a departed soul for the Black Gate.

As Time led the three adventurers, he saw a strange sight. Two men in suits were standing between the two gates. And what was stranger, one of them had a fairy on his shoulder.

"Ben!" Time heard Kai yell, more than a little joy bleeding through the greeting. "Ben! I told you he'll hire you!"

Time blinked. Wait… the fairy was not dead?

"He did! And I even know where the glass castle is! Alex sends his regards!"

Time blinked, a smile blossoming on his face as he saw the rune on which the two men were stepping on. The rune between worlds, where the entrance to the Black Void was.
