Mission 1

They walked by our booth not noticing us. Jecca stopped digging in Orei's fries and wiped off the grease from her hand.

"Orei, those are the guys from Abby's gang, we could try asking them where she is."

But as quick as they walked in they left. I finished up the last bite of my burger, Jecca hurriedly took the wrappings from me and put back the tray.

"Let's go!"

She hurried out of the restaurant after the hooligans.

Orei with her small steps followed behind. As she pushed open the glass door she caught a glimpse of Jecca going into a store.

Hurrying up she tailed Jecca into the grocery store. Into the candy section, she went. There standing behind a shelf was Jecca peaking over the edge.

Finally catching up she heard the conversation between the hooligans.

"Are you sure this is gonna work?"

"Trust me I have done this before."

Orei peeked over the edge and saw one of the hooligans stuffing candy into her shirt and the guy was trying to cover her.

The cashier sensing something fishy was going on, walked around the candy aisle and saw the girl trying to stuff candy into her bra.

"HEY!"

"Crap, run!"

They made a run for it but another cashier who was waiting for them stuck out her foot making one of them trip.

The girl landed splattered on the floor with candy coming out of her shirt. The guy saw her fall but continued to run. Leaving the girl all alone with two menacing female cashiers.

Orei and Jecca watched as the cashier demanded the girl to put back all the candy on the shelf. Then she got threatened that if she ever returned to the supermarket they would call the police.

The girl left empty handed all alone with shame. Jecca trailed behind her as she left the store.

Standing next to the supermarket's automatic doors was the guy who had completely ditched her earlier.

"…"

Without saying anything, the miniature girl launched an uppercut right into the guy's jaw knocking him to the ground.

"You bastard, how could you leave me like that?"

Sitting up the guy started to apologize and then he started to complain about not being able to eat candy. Then both of them sulked and sighed.

"Orei I got an idea."

Jecca ran back inside the store and returned with a bag of candy.

She then approached the hooligans with the bag of candy.

"It's you again… We are leaving, let's go Vinny."

"Man, these candy bars are so damn tasty."

Both of the hooligans stopped in their tracks. Are there Greishas in there?

Jecca pulled out a Greisha and started to eat it.

"How about this, if you tell me where Abby is, you can have 5 of these chocolate bars…"

"Only 5? Pffff let's go, Vinny."

"The whole bag then."

Jecca said rattling the bag and trying to show them the bag was filled up decently.

"How about you give us the bag and leave?"

"No, I need to know where Abby is, she took something very important from our friend."

"Let's fight for it then," the girl said.

"I don't want to fight…"

The girl turned her back on Jecca.

"Then no information on where Abby is."

"Fine then… let's fight."

They walked into a secluded alley where Jecca and the girl went into position.

At first, it seemed like Jecca was winning, landing a few good punches on the girl but once the girl got punched in the face her eyes filled up with rage and started to box Jecca up. By the end of everything Jecca was down for the count and the girl snatched the candy from Jecca.

Bruised and battered Jecca sat up on the concrete and begged the girl to help her.

The girl was quiet for a moment. It seemed like she respected Jecca for fighting her and without turning her back she told where Abby was.

"She is at the church."

The hooligans then walked off with the bag of candy.

Orei walked up to Jecca helping her back onto her feet.

"I can't believe Abby would be at a church, she is the last person I would have thought of."

Both of them headed towards the church that was on the other side of town. The sky was turning orange and the roads were getting quiet. They finally reached the church, Jecca tried to pry open the giant front door but it was locked.

"Welp? Were we too late?"

Orei pointed out an open eerie gate leading to the graveyard.

Jecca twitched as Orei pointed out the graveyard, it was as if she didn't want to go in there.

She shook her head trying to shake off that feeling of unease.

Grabbing Orei's hand she took her into the graveyard. As the hooligans said, Abby was at the church, she was sitting quietly at a gravestone. She was swinging her feet and making hand gestures as if she were talking to someone.

It wasn't a big graveyard, maybe around 100 gravestones, there weren't many people living in this town. All of the gravestones had vines and gunk all over them except one. It was the only one with flowers.

The wind blew and leaves flew all over Abby's face and when they had settled, she saw how Jecca and Orei were in front of her.

"Why. are.. you… here!?!"

She leapt up from the gravestone and pushed Jecca aside to leave the place.

"Wait! Can you return Leto's photo album?"

Dead silence filled the graveyard as leaves continued to rattle and crows started to crow.

"I didn't take it, you got the wrong person."

Abby then left them all alone in the graveyard. Orei hadn't visited this place ever before but Jecca seemed to have bad memories.

Her head turned towards the place Abby was sitting. Written on the stone, Maro Stellia.
