"Maria..."
"I'm still talking." Maria snapped harshly at Eunice while maintaining a calm demeanor. "I am not the type of woman to instigate conflict or radicle a fellow human being. But every cat has its breaking point. Do not push me to bare my claws on your family. I respect your husband a lot, hence this meeting. Do not overstep your boundaries."
"Maria, please, Tina is miserable. All she talks about is Blaze. I know I am acting shameless right now. But honestly, I do not care as long as it involves my child's happiness. Please, just give her one more chance to write her wrong. That is all she asks."
Maria scoffed, chuckling.
"I have forgiven her long ago. I bear no grudge against her. I wish her well in her future endeavours as long as it has nothing to do with my son."
"But it's your son she wants and no other." Eunice reached out to touch Maria's hand resting on the table but the latter quickly withdrew her hands.
