Chapter-64: Other Two Saibogu

"Kuro…" Reika whispered, her sharp eyes widening.

"Now that's what I'm talking about!" Xero yelled, his laughter echoing through the forest.

Kuro's gaze locked onto Ichigō, his voice cutting through the chaos like a blade. "You wanted to see my strength? Here it is."

With a roar, he unleashed the full force of his Thunder Clap, the storm of energy exploding outward in a dazzling surge. The forest floor shook violently, the shockwave tearing through the Cerberus Children and hurtling toward Ichigō with devastating speed.

The battle had reached its tipping point, and Kuro was determined to end it on his terms.

As Kuro braced himself for his next strike, Ichigō stepped back, his grin widening with cruel amusement. His eyes gleamed with confidence as he raised a hand, snapping his fingers sharply.

"You've done well," Ichigō said, his voice calm but mocking. "But you haven't seen anything yet."

The shadows surrounding the clearing deepened, and from the darkness emerged two figures with an aura that shifted the entire battlefield. Their movements were smooth and deliberate, carrying a grace that hinted at immense power, and their human-like appearances made them all the more unsettling.

Nigō stepped forward first, her striking beauty commanding attention even amidst the chaos. Her long, flowing black hair shimmered faintly under the muted light of the forest, and her sharp, emerald-green eyes glinted with predatory intent. She carried herself with an air of elegance, but her every movement radiated a quiet danger. Her fitted combat attire, sleek and designed for mobility, hinted at her lethal efficiency.

"Quite the show you've put on," Nigō said, her voice soft but cutting, like silk wrapped around a blade. She tilted her head, an amused smile playing on her lips. "But it's time we put an end to this little performance."

Sangō followed closely behind her, his tall and muscular frame exuding raw power. His chiseled features were framed by short, dark hair, and his intense crimson eyes locked onto Kuro with unwavering focus. Unlike Nigō's air of elegance, Sangō's presence was commanding, almost oppressive, like a storm building on the horizon. Dressed in dark, tactical gear that accentuated his broad shoulders and defined build, he looked every bit the unstoppable force.

Kuro's heart sank at the sight of them. "More of them…?" he muttered under his breath, his sharp mind already calculating the odds.

Ichigō's laughter echoed through the forest, brimming with satisfaction. "Welcome to the real test, James," he said, stepping aside to let his siblings take center stage.

Nigō's gaze swept over Kuro, then briefly flicked to Reika and Xero, her smile widening. "He's cute," she remarked, her tone dripping with mockery. "Too bad we're going to break him."

Sangō didn't speak immediately. Instead, he rolled his shoulders, his movements fluid yet brimming with strength. When he did speak, his deep voice carried an edge of quiet menace. "You've caused enough trouble. Let's see if you can back it up."

Kuro felt the weight of their combined presence pressing down on him, but he refused to falter. He could sense the overwhelming strength they possessed—not just their physical abilities, but the precision and confidence of seasoned warriors. These weren't mindless attackers; they were predators, and he was their target.

Behind him, Xero's wild grin faltered as he took in the newcomers. "They're human?" he muttered, his grip tightening on his blade. "No… something's different about them."

Reika, standing beside him, narrowed her eyes as she studied Nigō and Sangō. "They might look human," she said cautiously, "but they're far from it. Their energy—it's controlled. Refined."

Ichigō folded his arms, watching with amusement. "Meet Saibogu Nigō and Saibogu Sangō," he said, gesturing toward them. "The best of Fire Fly's creations. Faster, stronger, and smarter than anything you've faced so far."

Kuro's gaze hardened as he stepped forward, placing himself between his team and the two new threats. His mind raced as he assessed their stances and movements, searching for any potential openings.

"You don't need all three of you to take me down," Kuro said, his tone steady.

Nigō laughed lightly, the sound as sharp as a dagger. "Oh, sweetie," she said, a hint of mock pity in her voice. "This isn't about fairness. It's about showing you exactly how outmatched you are."

Sangō's voice rumbled like distant thunder. "Enough talking. Let's finish this."

With Superfast speed, Sango surged forward, his movements almost too fast to track. He closed the distance in an instant, his emerald eyes locking onto Kuro's as he lashed out with a precise, palm-strike aimed at his chest.

Kuro barely managed to sidestep, the force of Sango's attack brushing past him and splitting the air with a sharp crack. He spun gracefully, his leg sweeping toward Kuro in a high kick that he only just managed to block. The impact sent a jolt through his arm, and he realized immediately that Sango's strength far exceeded his slender frame.

Before he could counter, Ichigo joined the fray, his massive fist descending like a hammer. Kuro leapt back, the ground splintering beneath Sangō's strike. The sheer power behind the attack was enough to send a shockwave rippling through the forest.

Kuro's jaw tightened as he regained his footing, his body sparking with renewed electricity. "Reika! Xero!" he shouted, his voice cutting through the chaos. "Stay on the wolves—I'll deal with them!"

Xero hesitated for a split second, his instincts screaming at him to jump in, but Reika grabbed his arm. "He knows what he's doing," she said firmly.

Kuro turned back to his new opponents, his resolve hardening. The odds had shifted, but he wasn't about to back down. After all, yet until now he only used his 15% of power most. He will shift the gear if things become hard.

The forest fell silent for a moment, the tension thick enough to cut with a blade. Then, like a dam breaking, the three of them collided in an explosion of speed, power, and fury.
